The aim of this article is to highlight the efforts of developing the organizational and management units and developing the organs of the organizational and management units. The article explains that the management organizations evolve with the development of time, the functions of the units of organization and management, and the employees belonging to the units of the organization and management. The article focused on discussing some of the problems which were faced by the organizational and management units.
