: انطلق البحث الحالي من معضلة فكرية مفادها أن هناك إغفال لدور الحاضنات في تعزيز المشاريع الريادية وحمايتها وتطويرها، وأن استمرار هذا الإغفال سيخلق ما يسمى بمتلازمة المشاريع الريادية والفشل. لذلك هدف البحث إلى تحديد دور الحاضنات في تعزيز المشاريع الريادية والحفاظ عليها من الموت والفشل والعمل على تطوريها وتحسين أدائها - وخلص البحث إلى مجموعة من الاستنتاجات كان أبرزها:إن التجارب العربية في حاضنات المشاريع الريادية لازالت حديثة العهد وبحاجة إلى الكثير من الخبرات والإسناد المجتمعي والقانوني لها. وقدم البحث عدد من التوصيات أهمها إنصاف الحاضنات من خلال بيان دورها وأثره في ترصين الجوانب الاقتصادية والاجتماعية وتطوير وسائل الإعلام المختلفة، وأخيرا طرح البحث مجموعة من العناوين لدراسات مستقبلية.
The current research was launched from an intellectual dilemma which its content. States that there is negligence for the role of incubators،n the reinforcement, protection and development of Entrepreneurship projects, and the continuation of this negligence would create a so-called enterprise entrepreneurship projects and failure syndrome. Therefore, the research aimed to determine the role of incubators in the promotion of entrepreneurship projects and preserve them from failure and termination, and work to develop and improve their performance. The research led to a set of conclusions, most notable of them was: that the Arab attempts in the field of incubator the entrepreneurship projects are still young and need a lot of experience in addition to social and legal support. The research presented a number of recommendations, most important of them were to be fair with incubator through showing their role and impact in promoting the economic and social aspects and society development using various ways of media. Finally the research set number of titles for future studies.\
