المستخلص:	Integrity Govern of Al-mam Ali Abin Aby Talb in the rhetoric process Integrity of Govern represents the aim of prophets and apostles on all the ages to stand against the injustice and un fair which suffered the nation and peoples. Imam Ali embodies the integrity very well and he was an example of integrity during his judgment period. He applies his actions before his statements. He was a keen to follow his assistants and alderman to be an extension of the integrity and credibility. As a result of his speeches and massages, he created rhetoric process which developed under his direction and accurate account of himself in small things before great things. This research came to stand on these endeavors and indentify them to unfold the justice fact and integrity which sought by Islam, Thus Imam Ali was the eagerest man on integrity.
