اعتمد البحث على توضيح ضرورة الاستفادة من إمكانات التنوع في مفهوم صياغة التصميم الخزفي forming Design كاداه تشكيلية مستحدثه، وتطويع امكاناتها المتنوعة التي تمكن الطالب في عمل تصميمات ذات أبعاد جديدة ومتنوعة، كما تتيح له فرصة التجريب والابتكار. تتأثر تقنيات معالجات الاسطح الخزفية على نوعية التقنية ومقدار التنوع في الدمج أو التغيير في نظام العملية والتأثيرات الفنية الناتجة عنها، وأهمية الربط بين الواقع البصري المرئي للمساحات الملمسية واللونية والخطية في علاقات نسبية تؤكد هيئة الشكل الخزفي وتبرز جمالياته. وأهتم البحث في توضيح التنوع الكبير في الصفة التشكيلية والفنية في الأعمال الخزفية المنفذة كتدريبات عملية بالصور التوضيحة وشرح لكيفية الاستفادة من التقنية سواء التشكيل اليدوي أو الحفر (التحزيز) أو الريليف البارز والغائر أو نظام الطبعة....إلخ، أو التقنيات المحدثة للملمس الناتج عن أسلوب التطبيق سواء في التشكيل أو بعد الحريق، بما يتناسب مع نوعية المنتج. وطرق اختيار أسلوب بسيط عند تنفيذ طرق التشكيل والزخرفة ومعالجات الاسطح برؤية مبتكرة تفيد الطالب مهنياً وابتكارياً. وقدم البحث بعض الحلول للبلاطات الخزفية بصورة متعددة تؤكد التنوع في نوعية البلاطات من حيث الحجم والشكل والملمس ونظام التجميع ونوعية القالب البصمة سواء البارز أو الغائر أساليب التشكيل سمك البلاطة وزاوية الميل ونوعية التصميمات الزخرفية، كما تناول بعض الدروس التدريبة مع توضح نتاج الطلبة وكيفية الاستفادة من النظام المتبع للعمليات والتقنيات الخزفية، وكذلك تناول البحث بعض التأثيرات الجمالية الخاصة في معالجات الاسطح الخزفية وهي استفادة جوهرية من طبيعة التنوع الكبير للتأثيرات الفنية واللونية الناتجة عن التقنيات الخزفية.
