المستخلص: The problem of the research concentrated on attempt to identify the level of realization of social support and its relations with some personal changes represented in the body image, satisfaction with life, death anxiety, psychological tension and depression in both breast cancer patients and chronic renal failure patients. The samples consisted of three groups, the first is for breast cancer patients who their total number is 56 breast cancer patients, the second group is for chronic renal failure patients and the third group is for healthy ones who their total number is 56 healthy one. They were chosen intentionally takes into accounts their contributory with the previous two groups in age , gender, level of education (educational level) and their desire to cooperate with the researcher. As for the research tools, the researcher used social support standard / scale which were prepared by spender Geroge 2001 and were translated and prepared by Afaf Daniel and body image scale were prepared by Zeinab Mahmud Shouqeer. Life satisfaction scale were Prepared by Magdi Muhanrted El-Desoky. Death anxiety scale were prepared by Zainb Shouqeer. Psychological tension were prepared by Magdy Abd El-Kareem Habib. Depression inventorir (BDl) were prepared by Ghareeb Abd El-fatah Ghareap. The Search results: 1) The existence of relational ties “negative function” between social support and both of body image; death anxiety, psychological tension, depression and the existence of relational ties positive function” between social support and satisfaction of life for cancer breast patients and chronic renal failure patients and healthy people. 2) The existence of significant differences between breast cancer patients and healthy in the direction of healthy ones and also between chronic renal failure patients and healthy in the direction of healthy ones... while there were no significant different between breast cancer patients and chronic renal failure patients in the degree on social support with its different components. 3) The existence of significant differences on body image between breast cancer patients and healthy in the direction of breast cancer patients and healthy in the direction of breast cancer patients and also between chronic renal failure patients and healthy in the direction of chronic renal failure patients and there were significant differences between breast cancer patients and chronic renal failure patients in the direction of breast cancer patients. 4) The existence of significant differences on life satisfaction scale between breast cancer patients and healthy in the direction of healthy while there were no differences that are significant between breast cancer patients and chronic renal failure patients. 5) The existence of significant on death anxiety scale between breast cancer patients and healthy in the directions of breast cancer patients and also between chronic renal failure patients and healthy in the direction of chronic renal failure patients while there were no significant differences between breast cancer patients and chronic renal failure patients. 6) The existence of significant on psychological scale between breast cancer patients and healthy, ip the directions of breast cancer patients and also between chronic renal failure and healthy in the direction of chronic renal failure, patients.., while there were no significant differences between breast cancer patients and chronic renal failure patients. 7) The existence of significant differences on depression scale between breast cancer patients and healthy in the directions on breast cancer patients and also between chronic renal failure and healthy in the directions of chronic renal failure ... While there were no significant differences between breast cancer patients and chronic renal failure patients.
