هدفت الدراسة إلى البحث في ديناميات العلاقة الزواجية لدى مجموعة من الأزواج المعتمدين وزوجاتهم ومقارنتهم بمجموعة من الأزواج غير المعتمدين وزوجاتهم ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة تم تطبيق المقابلة الإكلينيكية، اختبار مينسوتا المتعدد الأوجه M.M.P.I واختبار تفهم الموضوع وتوصلت الدراسة إلى النتائج التالية:\ 1-\ توجد فروق دالة إحصائيًا على مقياس السيكوباتية بين مجموعة الأزواج المعتمدين وزوجاتهم ومجموعة الأزواج غير المعتمدين وزوجاتهم وكذلك بين مجموعة زوجات المعتمدين وزوجات غير المعتمدين.\ 2-\ لا توجد فروق في بروفيل الشخصية بين مجموعة الأزواج المعتمدين وزوجاتهم بينما وجدت فروق بين مجموعة الأزواج غير المعتمدين وزوجاتهم.\ 3-\ لا توجد فروق بين مجموعة الأزواج المعتمدين ومجموعة الأزواج غير المعتمدين.\ 4-\ أكدت الدراسة الدينامية على تشخيص السيكوباتية لدى مجموعة الأزواج المعتمدين وزوجاتهم بمقارنتهم بمجموعة غير المعتمدين وزوجاتهم ويرجع ذلك إلى أن دينامية العلاقة المضطربة بالموضوع (الآخر) بما هي علاقة بآخر متقلب في الحالة (الأولى)، غائب في الحالة (الثانية)، متصدع ذو تخييلات مازوخية في الحالة (الثالثة) وأوديبي محارمي في الحالة (الرابعة)، قد أسست لما أسماه كيرنبرج "بنية الشخصية المضادة للمجتمع السيكوباتية". هذا كما حددت دينامية المُلاحق / المتباعد نمط التكامل اللاشعورى لدى مجموعة الأزواج المعتمدين وزوجاتهم وكذلك لدى الحالة (الثالثة) و(الرابعة) من مجموعة الأزواج غير المعتمدين وزوجاتهم.
The study aimed at investigating the dynamics of the marital relationship on a group of dependent husbands and their wives in comparison to a group of independent husbands and their wives. In order to achieve the aims of the study, the study has applied the Clinical Interview, Minnesota Multiphasic Personality Inventory (M.M.P.I), in addition to the Thematic-Appreciation Test. The study reached the following results:\ 1-\ There are significant statistical differences on the psychopathic measure between the group of dependent husbands and their wives, the group of independent husbands and their wives in addition to the group of dependent wives and the group of independent wives.\ 2-\ There are no differences on the psychological profile in the group of dependent husbands and their wives while there are differences in the group of independent husbands and their wives.\ 3-\ There are no differences between the group of dependent husbands and the group of independent husbands.\ 4-\ The dynamic study has assured the psychopathic diagnosis for the group of dependent husbands and their wives in contrast to the group of independent husbands and their wives, goes back to the dynamics of the troubled relation with the other which came as inconsistent in the (first) case, absent in the (second), flaw and with masochistic fantasies in the (third) case and oedipal incest in the (fourth) case, has established for what Kernberg called the anti-social (psychopathic) character structure.\ The dynamic of the pursuer-distancer has determined the model of the unconscious complementary model for the group of dependent husbands and their wives and also for the (third) and (fourth) case of the group of independent husbands and their wives.
