المستخلص: لقد تزايد الاهتمام في الآونة الأخيرة بجودة التعليم في الريف بسبب الشكوى من انخفاض مستوياته والمستويات المتدنية لأداء التلاميذ، ومن ثم أوجب الأمر الاهتمام والسعي لضمان جودة التعليم والارتقاء بمستوى أداء العلمية التعليمية وتحسين الأداء المدرسي داخل المؤسسة التعليمية مما ينعكس بدوره على تحقيق الجودة النوعية للمخرجات ومن ثم تتحقق المدرسة الفعالة.
ولكي نضمن توافر مدارس جيدة فمن الضروري تحديد وتقييم جودة المدرسة وناتج التعليم والتجهيزات المدرسية والدعم الاجتماعي للتعليم والعلاقة بين التعليم والإنتاجية الاقتصادية والعدالة في التعليم، وهذا يعني انه لا يمكن القيام بتطوير التعليم في الريف المصري إلا من خلال تشخيص الواقع، وذلك من خلال العديد من المؤشرات الكمية والكيفية التي تعطي صورة واضحة عن هذا الواقع والمتمثلة في مؤسسات نظام التعليم في الريف المصري ومن ثم يمكن تطويره وتحديثه.
ولذا تسعى الدراسة الحالية نحو تقديم تصور مقترح لتطوير التعليم بالريف المصري في ضوء مؤشرات جودة الأداء التعليمي، وذلك من خلال المحاور الآتية:
المحور الأول: تحديد أهم مؤشرات جودة الأداء التعليمي.
المحور الثاني: تشخيص واقع التعليم في الريف المصري من حيث التعرف على حجم النظام التعليمي وخصائصه الكمية والكيفية وتركيبه وما طرأ عليه من توسع ورصد أهم مشكلاته.
المحور الثالث: وضع صورة مستقبلية للنظام التعليمي بالريف المصري في ضوء مؤشرات جودة الأداء التعليمي.

Recently, concern about the quality of education in rural areas has increased due to complaints about the lowering of its and the poor levels of student performance. As such, the matter necessitated concern and efforts to ensure the quality of education, to raise the academic education performance and improve school performance within the educational institution, which will in turn reflect upon the accomplishment of the qualitative quality of the outcomes and then the effective school is realized.
In order to ensure the provision of good schools, it is necessary to identify and evaluate the quality of the school, the education outcomes, school equipment, social support for education and the relationship between education, economic productivity and fairness in education. This means that it is not possible to develop education in rural Egypt unless its reality is first diagnosed. This diagnosis will be through a number of quantitative and qualitative indicators which provide a clear picture of this reality, represented by the institutions of the educational system in rural Egypt. Thereafter, it can be developed and modernized.
Consequently, the current study seeks to present a proposal for the development of education in the Egyptian countryside in light of the indicators of the quality of educational performance, through the following themes:
The first theme: Identification of the most important indicators related to the quality of educational performance.
The second theme: Diagnosis of the reality of education in rural Egypt in terms of identifying the size of the educational system, its quantitative and qualitative characteristics, its structure, its expansion and monitoring its most significant problems.
The third theme: The development of a future picture for the educational system in the Egyptian countryside in light of the indicators of quality related to educational performance.
