المستخلص: Reacts rights with the circumstances surrounding it in general, and thus it is usually able to adjust its behavior according to the type of conditions in which they live through it, and the human factor within the organizations affected by the environment in which it operates, it has become such an environment is an important factor in achieving the same if accompanied ambition and goals or be the cause of the decline in commitment and productivity, especially when the work environment is not clear rules and landmarks and borders. Seeking organizations and institutions increasingly to raise the value of its human resources in order to gain a competitive advantage, and one of those ways to invest in human resources is to reach staff and employees to a high degree of organizational commitment, which is the organizational commitment vital element in achieving organizational goals, stability and trust between management and their employees, and contributes to the development of the capacity of the organization to survive and continued growth, so we find that the subject of organizational commitment and the factors influencing it has won the attention of many researchers in the field of management because of its significant impact on the behavior of individuals and its implications for the individual and the institution alike As a result, it has emerged the need to study human behavior in organizations for the purpose of stimulating and increasing commitment.
