المستخلص: تناقش هذه الورقة موضوعا يتعلق بأهمية اللغة العربية وآدابها، ودورهما في الحياة العامة ولا سيما في عصر العولمة، وتتعرض إلى جدلية العلاقة بين الأدب والسياسة، وكيف أن الأدب هو من أكثر اللافتات والمداخل التي يلج من قبَلها السياسيون إلى ضمائر الشعوب، ومن أهم الوسائل لدغدغة المشاعر وتهييج العواطف وغسيل الأدمغة. وفي المقابل فإن السياسي غير المهتم بالأدب، يكون عرضة لفشل مشروعه السياسي مهما عظم، إذا أعلن القطيعة مع الأدب، أو أساء توظيفه. ستتناول هذه الدراسة نماذج للسياسيين الأدباء الذين أحسنوا توظيف الأدب أو استغلوه للإطاحة بخصومهم، وكسب تأييد مناوئيهم، ونماذج للأدباء السياسيين الذين ملكوا ناصية القلم وتمكنوا من التعبير عن آلام شعوبهم وآمالهم أو تمكنوا من كرسي الحُكم ودانت لهم بفضل قلمهم وفصاحتهم أمم كثيرة. تتناول الدراسة مدى تأثير الأدب والسياسة في مجريات الأحداث وتسطير المعجزات، وتسليط الضوء على الصراع المخفي بين قطبي الرحى (السياسة والأدب)، ومدى تأثير أحدهما في الآخر. توصلت الدراسة إلى نتائج رئيسة، وهي: أن الأدب نفسه في قلب الظاهرة السياسية، مؤثراً فيها ومتأثرا بها، وأن أي نص أدبي، ما هو إلا انعكاس للبيئة التي أنتج وكتب فيه، وأن السياسيين يستمدون خططهم، ويعتمدون في تنفيذ برامجهم على الدراسات التي يعدها الكتاب، والأعمال الإبداعية التي ينتجها الأدباء؛ وأن عصر العولمة الذي نعيشه هو بحق عصر تلاشت فيه القيم والمبادئ الأخلاقية، وظهرت فيه بشكل لافت للنظر سلوكيات منحرفة، ومفاهيم خاطئة، تتأكد يوما بعد يوم الحاجة الماسة إلى أدب رفيع ولغة راقية تترجم ما يريده المخلصون من أهل السياسة من عامة الشعب؛ تمسكا بالتعاليم الدينية، وتشبثا بالقيم والمبادئ الأخلاقية.

This paper discusses about the importance of Arabic language and its literature; its role in the life of the public with special reference to the era of globalization. It exposes the problematic relation between literature and politics and how literature becomes among the preferable means for the politician to get their message across to the masses. It is regarded as one of the most important means to shape the feelings, emotions and to brainwash the public. On the contrary, a politician who has no interest in literature is prone to have his political pursuits end in vain, regardless of its grand design, if he detached himself from literature, or misuse it. This study will discuss some examples of writer politicians who excellently employ literature to discredit their opponents to gain political support. It deals with the examples of writer politicians who possess the talent that enabled them to express the pains and hopes of their people or those who managed to hold political positions- due to their writing and eloquence – to bring many nations to their cause. The study deals with the influence of literature and politics in the course of events and producing miracles, highlighting on the hidden crisis between the two poles of literature and politics and their influences on one another. The study concluded among others: literature is at the heart of politics, it can either influence of be influenced; that any literary text is in fact the result of its producing environment; that the politicians derived their strategies and depend on the studies prepared by the writers and the creative works of the literary figures; that globalization that we live in is indeed an era of moral decay that witness the emergence of immoral behaviors and erroneous concepts that increasingly confirm the need for a highly regarded language that is interpretable to the politicians for the benefit of their people, a language that commits to religious teachings and imbued with moral values and principles.
