المستخلص: هدف المقال إلى التعرف على الوظيفة الإفهامية للسياق في أصول الفقه إعداد (عبد العالي عباسي). وأشار إلى أن نظرية السياق في الدرس الأصولي حظيت باهتمام كبير، وشغلت أذهان الأصوليين منذ القدم لما لها من وظيفة أساسية في تحديد المعاني، وتلمس مقصد المتكلم. وناقش المقال ثلاثة محاور، أما المحور الأول فتناول مفهوم السياق ووظيفته في تحديد مقصود الخطاب، مشيرًا إلى أن السياق بما هو مجموع الإرشادات والإشارات والدلالات المساهمة في بيان الخطاب، قد اهتمت به جملة العلوم الشرعية والإنسانية. وأما المحور الثاني فاستعرض العناصر المكونة لبنية الخطاب، واشتمل على لغة الخطاب، والمخاطب أو (المتكلم)، والمخاطَب، وموضوع الخطاب. وأما المحور الثالث فتحدث عن القرائن المقالية والمقامية المتحكمة في فهم الخطاب واشتمل على، مراعاة أسباب النزول، ومراعاة المعهود العربي.

This article aimed to identify the functional conative‏ of context in the fundamentals of jurisprudence prepared by (Abdel-Abbasi). He pointed out that the theory of context in the fundamentalist lesson has received great attention, and has occupied the minds of fundamentalists since ancient because of its basic function in the identification of meanings, and clarified the intent of the speaker. The topic discussed three topics. The first topic deals with the concept of context and its function in determining the purpose of the discourse, indicating that the context is a total of the instructions, signs and semantics that contribute to clarifying the discourse, it has been taken care of by the legal and human sciences. The second topic reviewed elements of the discourse structure, and it included the language of discourse, and the interlocutor or (the speaker), the addressee, and the subject of discourse. The third topic deals with the linguistic context and context of situation that controls over understanding the discourse taking into account its causes, and taking into account the Arab custom.
