هدفت الدراسة إلى توضيح دور المنظمات الدولية غير حكومية العاملة في حماية حقوق الإنسان من خلال المنظمة العربية لحقوق الانسان كنموذجاً. واعتمدت الدراسة على المنهج التحليل القانوني. وتناولت الدراسة مبحثين. واستعرض المبحث الأول دور المنظمات غير الحكومية في حماية حقوق الانسان. وتكونت من ثلاثة مطالب. وتناول المطلب الأول التعريف بالمنظمات غير الحكومية كألية لحماية حقوق الانسان. مشيراً الى تطور القانون الدولي لحقوق الانسان. والمطلب الثانى نشأة المنظمات غير الحكومية وتطور أهدافها وتمثل في النشأة والتطوير وتعريف المنظمات غير الحكومية وسماتها الخاصة. والمطلب الثالث المنظمات الدولية غير الحكومية كألية لحماية حقوق الانسان. وتناول المبحث الثانى نشأة المنظمة العربية لحقوق الإنسان واّليات تحقيق أهدافها. وارتكز المبحث على ثلاثة مطالب. ناقش المطلب الأول نشأة المنظمة وتطور أهدافها من حيث نشأة المنظمة وإشكاليات التنظيم. وتطرق المطلب الثانى في عرضة الصعوبات التي واجهت المنظمة في بداية نشأتها. والمطلب الثالث أهداف المنظمة العربية لحقوق الإنسان. والمبحث الثالث اّليات المنظمة ووسائل تحقيق أهدافها وعلاقتها مع المنظمات الغير الحكومية والدول. وتضمن مطلبان. وذكر في المطلب الأول اّليات ووسائل المنظمة لتحقيق أهدافها. والمطلب الثانى علاقات المنظمة مع المنظمات الأخرى ومع حكومات الدول. وكشف المبحث الرابع عن دور المنظمة في حماية حقوق الانسان في الوطن العربى. وتكون من مطلبان. أوضح المطلب الأول دور المنظمة في متابعة الحقوق الفردية وتعزيز احترام حقوق الانسان. والمطلب الثانى موقف المنظمة من القضايا الرئيسية في الوطن العربى. وتوصلت نتائج الدراسة الى ان المنظمات الدولية الغير حكومية تلعب دوراً مهماً في مجال حقوق الانسان حيث تقوم بمراقبة الانتهاكات الواقعة على حقوق الإنسان من خلال المداخلات التي تقوم بها لدى السلطة المعينة ولدى الرأي العام المحلى والدولي بهدف وضع حد لهذه الانتهاكات. كُتب هذا المستخلص من قِبل دار المنظومة 2018 The study aimed to clarify the role of the international Non-governmental organizations working in the protection of the human rights through the Arab organization for the human rights as a model. The study based on the legal analysis methodology. The study dealt with two topics. The first topic reviewed the role of the non-governmental organizations in the protection of the human rights. It consisted of three demands. The first requirement addressed the definition of the non-governmental organizations as a mechanism for the protection of the human rights referring to the development of the international human rights law. The second requirement is the emergence of non governmental organizations and the development of their objectives and represents the formation, development and the definition of the non-governmental organizations and their special characteristics. The third is the international non governmental organization as a mechanism for the protection of the human rights. The second topic dealt with the emergence of the Arab organization for the human rights and the mechanisms to achieve its objectives. The topic was based on three demands. The first requirement discussed the origins of the organization and the development of its objectives in terms of the origins of the organization and the problems of organization. The second requirement addressed the difficulties which were faced by the organization at the beginning of its inception. The third is the objectives of the Arab Organization for Human Rights. The third topic is the mechanisms of the organization and means to achieve its objectives and its relationship with these organizations and countries. It contained two demands. It mentioned in the first demand the mechanisms and means of the organization to achieve its objectives. The second requirement is the relations of the Organization with other organizations and with the governments of states. The fourth topic revealed the role of the Organization in the protection of the human rights in the Arab world and be of two demands. The first requirement made clear the role of the Organization in pursuing the individual rights and promoting respect for the human rights. The second is the position of the Organization on the main issues in the Arab world. The results of the study found that the international non-governmental organizations play an important role in the field of the human rights where it monitors the violations of the human rights through the interventions by the designated authority and the local and international public opinion with a view to putting an end to these violations.This abstract translated by Dar AlMandumah Inc. 2018 |
