|a يتناول البحث الحديث حول بعض المسائل في قانون الأحوال الشخصية تم اختيارها لأهميتها من وجهة نظري وتوضيحي، لما في ذلك من الحفاظ على مصالح الأسرة من أزواج وأبناء. ومن المسائل التي تم طرحها قضية حرمة المصاهرة بالزنا، ومقدار الرضاع المحرم، ثم تحدثت عن نشوز المرأة والضرر الذي يترتب على الزوج وأولاده، ثم بحثت قضية ميراث المسلم من المرتد، ثم تحدثت عن قضية تهم المجتمع المعاش وهي خروج المرأة للعمل وضوابط ذلك ثم التغيرات التي حصلت على بعض مواد القانون القديم، ثم الخاتمة وذكرت فيها أهم النتائج.
