المستخلص: استهدف المقال تسليط الضوء على التدابير النبوية لحماية المرأة من الإيذاء الجنسي. وشمل المقال أربعة مباحث. المبحث الأول تناول التشريعات العامة لمنع التحرش بالمرأة واغتصابها وهتك عرضها وكل ما يؤدى إليه وتضمن ذلك تحريم الزنا وتعظيم عقوبته. وتحريم الاغتصاب وتشنيع جريمته وتحريم قذف المحصنات وتحريم اللباس المثير للشهوات المعروف من عادة العاهرات. أما المبحث الثاني ناقش التشريعات الخاصة بالمرأة لمنع التحرش بالمرأة خارج بيتها في ضوء تحريم التبرج والسفور وإيجاب المحرم لها من الرجال عند السفر وغض البصر عن رؤية محاسنها وتحريم الخلوة معها وتحريم مسها ومصافحتها والحض على التحلي بآداب الخروج. والمبحث الثالث عرض التشريعات الخاصة لمنع التحرش بالمرأة داخل البيت من خلال تربية الأطفال والعبيد على الاستئذان أوقات الراحة. واستئذان البالغين على والديهم وذويهم. وفصل الذكور عن الإناث في المضاجع وتحريم النظر إلى العورات وتحريم النظر إلى البيت وأهله دون استئذان وتحريم دخول المخنثين على النساء. كما أشار المبحث الرابع على التشريعات الخاصة بين الزوجين لكفايتها في العلاقة الخاصة وشمل الأمر بالمعاشرة بالمعروف وتحريم قضاء وطر الزوج في حيضها واللوطية الصغرى. واستخدم المقال المنهج العلمي في تقديمه للموضوع. واختتم المقال بأن في الوحيين القرآن الكريم والسنة الشريفة حلول ربانية شافية كافية لكل مشكلات الحياة يجب التمسك بها. واعتمادها وتطبيقها على المستويين الفردي والجماعي لننعم بالأمان والتقدم والسعادة. كما يجب على الوالدين والمربين ألا يتساهلوا في تربية الأطفال على معاني الحياء. وألا يتركوا لهم الحرية المطلقة في النظر المخل بالأدب عبر القنوات والشبكات الإلكترونية المتنوعة. لما له من آثار نفسية وعاطفية تضر بهم. وتؤثر سلبا على مستقبلهم. وأوصى المقال بضرورة تطوير البحوث الخاصة بحماية الإسلام للمرأة ورحمتها. لتنشر في الأوساط العلمية والعامة وتترجم للغات الحية ليرى الناس عدالة الإسلام وسموه ورحمته.

The article aimed to shed light the prophetic measures to protect women from sexual abuse. The article included four topics. The first topic deals with the general legislation to prevent the harassment, rape and violation of women and all that leads to any of them, including the prohibition of adultery and the maximization of its punishment, the prohibition of rape and abominate its crime, the prohibition of the false accusation of adultery and the provocative dressing usually known of prostitutes. The second section discusses women's legislation to prevent harassment of women outside their home in the light of the prohibition of adorning and grooming, the prohibition of men who are forbidden to travel with, to avert his eye from seeing her attractions and forbidding the privacy with her, touch or handshake, and to have the ethics of going out. The third topic presents the special legislation to prevent harassment of women inside the home through raising children and slaves to ask permission during rest times, the adults ask permission before entering the room of their parents and their relatives. Besides, the separation of males from females in dormitories, forbidden to look at the genitals and the prohibition to look at the home and his family without permission and the prohibition of bisexuals to make contact with women. The fourth topic also pointed out the special legislations of the spouses in the special relationship, which included the enjoinment of cohabitation with kindness and forbidding the husband to have sexual intercourse with her during the menstrual period and the sexual intercourse from the posterior private part. The article used the scientific approach in presenting the subject. The article concluded that the Holy Qur'an and the Sunnah have sufficient divine solutions solver for all the problems of life, so we must adhere to them, adopt and apply them at the individual and collective levels to enjoy security, progress and happiness. In addition, it concluded that parents and educators should not be lenient in the upbringing of children to the meaning of modesty, as well as not to leave them with absolute freedom to watch obscene spectacles on the variety of channels and electronic networks, because of the psychological and emotional impacts that harm them and affect negatively their future. The article recommended the need to develop research on the protection and mercy of Islam to women, to be published in the scientific and public communities and translated to live languages in order to let people see the justice, primacy and mercy of Islam.
