استهدف البحث تقديم رؤية من قضايا المرأة وحقوقها في السنة النبوية وأقوال المصطفي (صلى الله عليه وسلم). واستخدم البحث المنهج الوصفي التحليلي للاستدلال بنصوص الحديث من الصحيحين البخاري ومسلم. كما استعان بكتب السنن والموطأ والمسند. وقد قسم البحث إلى ثلاثة فصول. الفصل الأول جاء بقضايا المرأة في السنة النبوية من خلال اهتمام السنة بقضايا المرأة ومجالات وجوانب هذه القضايا. وناقش في الفصل الثاني حقوق المرأة في السنة النبوية في ضوء الحق في الحياة وحفظ النفس والتكريم وحق التعبد وطاعة الله وحق في التعلم وطلب العلم وحقوقها خارج الأسرة. أما الفصل الثالث والأخير تناول القيم المتعلقة بحقوق المرأة في السنة من خلال الاختلاف في طبيعة الخلقة مع الاتفاق في أصلها وعلاقة الحقوق بالتكاليف الشرعية وطاعة الله، وحقوق مرتبطة بمقاصد الشريعة وعلاقة الحقوق بفضائل الأخلاق، وانعدام التجزئة في الحديث عن حقوق المرأة وحقوق الرجل، والثوابت والمتغيرات في نظام حقوق المرأة. واختتم البحث بضرورة التكامل في الحديث عن حقوق وواجبات المرأة والرجل في الشريعة. حتى يلغي العداوة بين الجنسين، ويحد من البروز النسوي والتعصب للأنثى أو إلغاء جنس الأنثى والإبقاء على جنس واحد. وهذا الصراع له مضاره أكثر من منافعه وانعكاساته السلبية على الأسرة والمجتمع لا تخفي على أحد. كُتب هذا المستخلص من قِبل دار المنظومة 2018
The research aimed at presenting a vision of women's issues and rights in the prophetic Sunnah and the sayings of the Prophet Al-Mustafa (peace be upon him). The research used the descriptive analytical method in making inference from the texts of the hadiths of Al-Bukhari and Muslim. It also used the books of Sunan, Mawta and Musnad. The research was divided into three chapters. The first chapter dealt with women's issues in the Sunnah through the Sunnis' interest in women's issues, the fields and aspects of these issues. The second chapter discussed the rights of women in the Sunnah in light of the right to life, self-preservation, honoring, worship, and obedience to Allah; the right to learn, seek knowledge; and her rights outside the family. The third and final chapter tackled the values related to women's rights in the Sunnah through the difference in appearence with the agreement in its origin and the relationship of rights to the rules of Sharia and obedience to Allah. It also detected the rights linked to the purposes of Sharia, the relationship of rights with the virtues of morality, the non-discrimination when talking about women's rights and men's rights and constants and variables in women's rights system. The research concluded with the necessity of integration in talking about the rights and duties of women and men in the Sharia. That is so as to eliminate the enmity between the two sexes, limiting female prominence, female intolerance, female abolition and the retention of one sex.
