تهدف الدراســة إلى إيجاد آليات لتأهيل الأسرة وتحسين قدرتها للتعامل مع الجوانب النفســية والعقلية للأبناء، وذلك لإيجاد شخصيات متوازنة نفسيا وعقليا واجتماعيا، وتتمثــل الآلية الأولى لتحقيق الأمن النفسي في تعريف الأسرة بحاجات الطفل الأساسية وضبط انفعالاته، وآلية حل المشكلات الأسرية، أما آليات تحقيق الأمن الفكري فتتمثل في تعزيز الحوار والتفكير المستقل والموضوعي للقضاء على كل أشــكال التعصب والتضليل الفكري، وقد خلصت الدراسة إلى نتائج منها: أن تحقيــق الأمن النفسي والفكري لدى الأبناء يحميهم من الأفكار المضللة وقبول الأفكار قبل نقدها، وأشارت الدراسة إلى آليات عملية لتأهيل الأسرة منها: عقد دورات تأهيلية إجبارية للمقبلين على الزواج، وإيجاد دليل تثقيفي للزوجين وللعاملين مع الأسر، وإيجاد خط سريع ومجاني للاستشارات الأسرية، وتفعيل دور مؤسسات وجمعيات رعاية الأسرة.
The present study represents an endeavor to provide mechanisms that assist the family to qualify and improve its capability towards the twin aspects of its children ـ mental and psychological. The overall intent is to provide the upbringing of their balanced personalities ـ psychological, mental and social. The first mechanism of achieving their psychological security lies in the family awareness to the basic needs of its children. This will aid in controlling their irritable behavior. Additional mechanisms tending to attain the psychological security of the children are disguised in its efforts to achieve intellectual security. The latter will be realized most expressively through two-fold techniques. dialogue and independent objective thinking. Needless to state, both such techniques are imperative to ensure protection against variant forms of fanaticism and intellectual deviance. The present study offers some findings. Among the latter, the most constructive is the relative usefulness of intellectual and psychological security. The latter will provide best protection to the children from emergent deflections. In its conclusive passages, the present study offers some recommendations. The latter relate to the practical domain. The following, in particular, are significant: Family should hold periodic obligatory courses for prospective marrying couples. An enlightening guide should provide pertinent orientations to the future couples as well as to those working on family problems. Equal strides should be undertaken to improve roles of familial consultation. Attention should be assigned on the relative establishment of societies that tend to assume the momentous task of family welfare.
