المستخلص: إن دراســة المسؤولية المدنية والتأديبية والجنائية عن أخطاء المهنيين من بين الموضوعات المهمة، في القانون الجنائي والمدني بشــكل عام، وبخاصة مســؤولية المعلم، لمسؤوليته في بناء أجيال جديدة، ولما تحمله مهنته من مبادئ يجدر بكل باحث معرفة محتواها والتطرق إلى أحكامها، فكل تطور يصيبها يكون جديراً بالدراسة، إذا ما أسبغ عليها المنظم من فن صياغته، وأحاطها بقوة ملزمة، ومنها ما يتعلق بالتزام المعلم بأداء مهمته على أكمل وجه، دون طرح آراء أو معلومات مغلوطة تــؤدي إلى العبث بالفكر الخاص بطلابه، وهي محور قد يكون من الصعب الرقابة عليه، فضلا عن العبث في النسق الفكري للطلاب بما يؤثر سلبيًّا على مستقبلهم
