البحث الموســوم بـ "تحقيقــات الشرطــة في مواجهة تحديــات الجرائم السيبرانية" المتمم لبحث سبقه بـعنوان "الأمن السيبراني... واقع وتوقعات" البحثان أوضحا أن الله تعالى قد مكن الإنسان بما أنزل من الكتب وما سخر له من مواد في هذا الكون من توسيع معارفه وتطوير معيشته باطّراد. وبناءً على ما تقدم، ناقش هذا البحث أربعة موضوعات مهمة: الأول: تتبع متطلبات التحقيق الابتدائي في مجال الجرائم السيبرانية من التزود بالمفاهيم والمعارف النظرية. والثــاني: ناقش المتطلبات العملية في هذا المجال بالإضافة إلى معرفة مفهوم الأدلة الرقمية وتميُّزها عن الإثبات، والثالث: ناقش إجراءات كشف غموض الجرائم السيبرانية في ضوء المبادئ الأساســية للتحقيق الفني لإظهار ركني تلك الجرائم المادي والمعنوي ،والرابع: عرّف طرق وأساليب البحث عن الأدلة الرقمية وكيفية جمعها وتحريزها للإثبات الجنائي.
Police Investigation for Confronting the Challenges of Cybernetic Crimes is considered as a system of searching, exploring and investigating procedures to collect the numerical evidences that fulfilled by the competent team towards exploring the enormity of the dangers and challenges resulting from the intension of the influence and power of the organized and unorganized cybernetic crimes that crossing the national borders which excreted by the internet and communications revolution. This cybernetic crimes require wide scientific and technical knowledge, such as knowing its nature, it’s reasons, evidences and how to reach it. In addition, it is important to know the particular style of each action that committed by the cybernetic sphere. Understanding these essentials, the police investigation for confronting the challenges of cybernetic crimes can achieve the following objectives: Creating a machinery for work coordination in confronting the challenged that originated by information technology and communication which related to the complex crimes. Filling the criminal legal gap in its two substantive and procedural sides. Following the primary investigation requirements in the field of cybernetic crimes and support it with the theoretical and scientific knowledge and concepts. Exploring the obscurity of the cybernetic crimes on the base of the basic principles of technical investigation to show the two sides of that crimes (the emotional and substantial ones) and specifying the time, place of commitment and the overtness of investigation
