Over the life of the individual, experiencing different degrees of pressure, anxiety, disappointments and periods of mourning, most people succeed in the face of these problems, but a considerable number of individuals need help to recover the state of balance in their lives. At present, mental health or psychological problems represent the most important challenges facing the achievement of public health, but do not receive the same degree of attention, here comes our study to explore the psychological problems in a sample of university students who are considered as the elite of society, using a tool of mental status assessment conducted by two doctors: Ilhami Abdel Aziz Imam and Mahmoud Abdel rahmane Hammouda. This study aims to diagnosis within the student community, and we mean describing the size and distribution of the relevant mental health in the university community mental disorders, and in other words, to assess the health status of the psychological problem in the community of university student with the help of statistical tools, and this is what it is usually called the term "diagnosis in the community "while clinical examination is designed to diagnose the disorder in the individual, that is, our study along the lines of epidemiological studies aimed at diagnosing some psychological problems among students of the University of Laghouat community. This study has reached the presence of symptoms of various disorders and to varying degrees in the student center at the University of Laghouat
على مدى حياة الفرد، يشهد درجات مختلفة من الضغط، القلق، خيبات الأمل وفترات الحداد، ينجح أغلب الناس في مواجهة هذه المشاكل ولكن يحتاج عدد معتبر من الأفراد إلى المساعدة لاسترجاع حالة التوازن في حياتهم. في الوقت الحاضر تمثل مشاكل الصحة العقلية أو النفسية أهم التحديات التي تواجه تحقيق الصحة العمومية ولكنها لا تلقي نفس الدرجة من الاهتمام، من هنا تأتي دراستنا لرصد مدى تمتع فئة الطلبة الجامعيين – باعتبارها نخبة المجتمع عامة وزبدته – بالصحة النفسية وذلك من خلال استعمال مقياس الحالة النفسية لكل من الدكتورين: إلهامي عبد العزيز إمام ومحمود عبد الرحمن حمودة. تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى التشخيص ضمن المجتمع الطلابي، ونعني به وصف حجم وتوزع الاضطرابات النفسية ذات العلاقة بالصحة النفسية في الوسط الجامعي، وبمعنى آخر تقييم الوضع الصحي النفسي للمجتمع الطلابي الجامعي الأغواطي بمساعدة الأدوات الإحصائية، وهذا ما يطلق عليه عادة تعبير "التشخيص في المجتمع" في حين يهدف الفحص السريري إلى تشخيص الاضطراب في الفرد، أي أن دراستنا على غرار الدراسات الوبائية تهدف إلى تشخيص بعض المشكلات النفسية ضمن مجتمع طلبة جامعة الأغواط. وقد توصلت هذه الدراسة إلى وجود أعراض اضطرابات مختلفة وبدرجات متفاوتة ضمن الوسط الطلاب بجامعة الأغواط.
