The aim of this article is to learn about the nature of leadership and institutional excellence of Faisal Islamic Bank of Sudan. It pointed out that Faisal Islamic Bank has played a vital role in supporting its capabilities since its inception, relying on the continuous improvement of the efficiency of its employees and the efficiency of its internal systems. The article explained that this success achieved by Faisal Bank is due to the intellectual and theoretical aspects of the Bank's field of work, which are to apply the provisions of the Islamic law (Sharia) in all transactions. The Bank has been a pioneer in the formation of the first legitimate oversight of financial transactions in the world. The article also addressed the reasons for the Bank's adoption of development methodologies and operating systems in line with the international standards, as well as building a culture of excellence in the human resources of the bank, and the prospects of the banking technology, as well as managing the continuity of the bank. The article concluded that, since its inception, Faisal Bank has been a pioneer in banking, leading the introduction of integrating the latest banking and information technology industry to build a banking system that utilizes the latest technologies in the field of systems, software and communication. Faisal Islamic Bank of Sudan is the first bank to become an electronic bank, enabling it to provide banking services and products similar to its global counterparts. The article recommends that the best use of technology is to find new and innovative ways to carry out the banking business in order to enhance the Bank's leadership in this field and in recognition of the fact that Faisal Bank is the bank of present and future.This abstract translated by Dar AlMandumah Inc. 2018
