من خلال أهميه الاداء المهني للمدرب الرياضي يرى الباحثان أن تحديد وتقييم درجة الاداء المهني للمدرب الرياضي كجانب تشخيصي وتقييمي يعد جانبا هاما من جوانب الإعداد النفسي للمدربين في الالعاب الفردية والجماعية،وكذلك التعرف على الفروق في أبعاد مقياس الاداء المهني بالنسبة للمدربين،لذا تكمن مشكله هذه البحث كمحاوله منهجيه علميه للتعرف على مكونات وأبعاد الاداء المهني للمدرب الرياضي، مما قد يسهم في الإعداد النفسي لهؤلاء المدربين وغيرهم من خلال تطوير جوانب القوة لديهم، ولتحديد هذا المفهوم ربما نحتاج إلى وسيلة قياس علمية يستطيع العاملين في المجال الرياضي استخدامها بأسلوب علمي، مما دفع الباحثان إلى بناء وتقنين مقياس الاداء المهني للمدرب الرياضي، ومن أهداف البحث - تحديد أبعاد مقياس الاداء المهني للمدرب الرياضي - تحديد عبارات مقياس الاداء المهني للمدرب الرياضي - تقنين الصورة النهائية لمقياس الاداء المهني للمدرب الرياضي -إيجاد الفروق بين مجموعتي البحث للمدربين الالعاب الجماعية والمدربين الالعاب الفردية، ومن تساؤلات البحث -ما هي أبعاد الاداء المهني للمدرب الرياضي ؟ - ما هي عبارات الاداء المهني للمدرب الرياضي المقترحة ؟ -ما مدى التحقق من صدق وثبات مقياس الاداء المهني للمدربين الالعاب(الجماعية- الفردية )؟ -هل توجد فروق داله إحصائيا في أبعاد مقياس الاداء المهني بين المدربين الالعاب الجماعية والفردية ؟، أستخدم الباحثان المنهج الوصفى بأسلوب الدراسة المسحيه لملاءمته لطبيعة مشكله البحث وأهدافه وفروضه، اشتــمل مجتمع البحث على مدربين الالعاب الفرديه والجماعيه من الأنـديه الرياضيه التابعه لإشراف المجلس القومى للرياضه والمشاركين فى مختلف أنشطه الاتحادات الرياضيــه المعنيه فى جمهوريه مصر العربيه على المستوى المحلى قيد البحث(18) من الأنديه الرياضيه، اشتملت عينة البحث على مجموعه من المدربيـن في مختلف الانشطه الرياضية وعددهـم(1000) مدربا من الانديه الرياضيه، وتنقسم عينه البحث الكلية إلى عينه المدربين الالعاب الجماعيه البالغ عددهم( 400 ) مدرب بالقاهرة من مدربين الالعاب الجماعيه بالإضافة إلى عينه المدربين الالعاب الفرديه والبالغ عددهم( 600 ) مدرب، اختيروا بطريقه عشوائية من مجتمع البحـث، أسفر مقياس الاداء المهني للمدرب الرياضي في صورته النهائية من (92) عبارة صممت لقياس (8) أبعاد، وهى (إدارة الوقت،تحمل المسئولية القياديةللمهنة،الاتجاه نحو المنافسة والفوزوالتفوق،الرؤية المستقبلية للأداء المهني،إدارة الانفعالات،ضغوط مرتبطة بالنواحي الاجتماعية، الضغوط المادية،التخطيط لعمليات التعليم والتدريب واتخاذ القرارات ). أن مقياس الاداء المهني للمدرب الرياضي يتميز بصدق وثبات مرتفع في البيئة الرياضية المصرية للمدربين الالعاب الجماعية والفردية. توجد فروق داله إحصائية بين المدربين الجماعية والفردية في نتائج مقياس الاداء المهني للمدرب الرياضي لصالح المدربين الالعاب الجماعية .
