إن مهنة التعليم من أقدس المهن وأعظمها، لأنها مهنة الأنبياء، وقد حض الإسلام عليها من خلال تأكيد الرسول بقوله: "خيركم من تعلم القرآن وعلمه"، فهي أم المهن لاحتياج جميع المهن لمعلمين يقومون بالجانب التعليمي، وتكتسب مهنة التعليم أهميتها نظراً للأدوار التي يقوم بها المعلم من عملية تعليم وتثقيف وتوجيه وبناء أفراد وتهيئتهم للقيام بعمليات التنمية البشرية والشاملة للمجتمع. ويرى الباحث لقد تطورت مهنة التعليم وطرائقها وأساليبها، وبالتالي برزت مرتبة المعلم في منظومة التعليم لكونه أحد الدعائم المهمة لتطوير وتقدم التعليم في الدول، وزاد الاهتمام بعمليات اختيار المعلم وإعداده علميا وتربويا للقيام بأدواره ووظائفه المطلوبة منه في العملية التعليمية، الأمر الذي يؤكد ضرورة توفر العديد من الكفايات الإدارية والفنية والاجتماعية المختلفة والتي تساعده للقيام بهذا الدور المطلوب. أهمية البحث والحاجة اليه: أن اعداد المعلمين للتدريس التربية الرياضية هو أساس العملية التعليمية وهو ما تعمل من أجله كلية التربية الأساسية حيث يتم إعداد المعلم لمواجهة العولمة والتفاعل بنجاح مع المتغيرات السريعة والاتجاهات التربوية العالمية المعنية بتطور أنماط التفكير، والسلوك العلمي، والاستفادة من المعرفة الإنسانية، وذلك بتدريبه والرفع من شأنه للنهوض بالعملية التعليمية، فالتعليم هو الوسيلة الفعالة لمواجهة آثار العولمة. ويرى الباحث أن أسلوب المعلم يكون له بالغ الاثر في التلاميذ لذا يجب أن يتسم هذا الاسلوب بالسمات التربوية الصحيحة وأن يتبع المعلم الأساليب والطرق التربوية السليمة في تعامله مع التلاميذ. أهداف البحث: يهدف البحث إلى التعرف على جوانب الاعداد التربوي للمعلم التربية البدنية وكيفية اعداده تربويا لمواجهة تحديات العولمة ومظاهرها. وكان من أهم استنتاجات البحث: • تتضح أهمية الإعداد التربوي للمعلم من خلال مشكلات التربوية المتعلقة بالمعلم وتدريبات عملية لحل بعض المشكلات التربوية المختارة. وكان من أهم توصيات البحث: • ضرورة تطوير برامج الإعداد التربوي لمعلم التربية البدنية في مؤسسات إعداده في كلية التربية الأساسية. وأن لا تترك هذه البرامج مدة زمنية تتجاوز العشر سنوات دون تقويم وتطوير لها. \
