The research aims at recognizing the degree of continuous professional development for curricula professors at faculties of physical education in Arab Republic of Egypt The researcher used the descriptive method with a survey method for it’s appropriateness of the research nature . Community of the research was curricula professors at Egyptians universities of (5) curricula professors from 1/7/2012 to 15/7/2012 recommendations : The necessity of conducting further researches that concern with 1- planning high education and it’s relation with high education , different variables and samples in subsequent periods . University must hold conferences and symposiums that work on 2- developing professional development of staff and encouraging their participation in conferences and exchange visits with other universities University develops the system of professional and physical 3- incentives that enforce teaching and make distinction in teaching a standard for promotion beside the scientific research. |
