|a تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى الارتقاء بمستوى الأداء المهاري والمعرفي لمهارات كرة القدم لدى تلاميذ عينة البحث بتصميم وتنفيذ برنامج تعليمي مقترح باستخدام النموذج التوليدي خلال الجزء الرئيسي بدرس التربية الرياضية، وتم استخدام المنهج التجريبي بتصميم القياس القبلي والبعدي لمجموعتين إحداهم تجريبية والأخرى ضابطة لمناسبته لطبيعة هذه الدراسة، وتمثل مجتمع البحث في تلاميذ الصف الثاني الإعدادي بمدرسة السادات الإعدادية التابعة لإدارة أبو حماد التعليمية بمحافظة الشرقية والبالغ عددهم (186) تلميذ، حيث أخذ منه عينة البحث وعددها (55) تلميذ يمثلون ثلاث مجموعات أحدهم استطلاعية عددها (15) تلميذ والأخرتين واحدة تجريبية عددها (20) تلميذ والثانية ضابطة عددها (20) تلميذ، طبق البرنامج التعليمي المقترح خلال الفصل الدراسي الثاني من العام الدراسي 2013/2014م بواقع درس واحد أسبوعيا مدته (90) دقيقة على مدار (7) أسابيع وذلك وفق المنهج المقرر من قبل وزارة التربية والتعليم على المرحلة قيد الدراسة، وإشارة أهم النتائج إلى فروق نتائج القياسين القبلي والبعدي للمجموعتين الضابطة والتجريبية إلى زيادة الفارق بين نتائج القياسين ولصالح المجموعة التجريبية نظرا لتطبيق البرنامج التعليمي المقترح قيد البحث باستخدام النموذج التوليدي على المجموعة التجريبية، حيث أوصى الباحث باتباع محتويات البرنامج التعليمي المقترح قيد البحث في سياق الارتقاء بالمستوى المهاري والمعرفي لدى تلاميذ الصف الثاني الإعدادي.

|f This study aims to improve the skills and cognitive performance levels of football skills among students of the research sample by designing and implementing a proposed educational program using the generative model during the main part of the Physical Education lesson. The experimental curriculum was used with a pre and post measurements design for two groups (experimental and control) due to its suitability with the nature of this study. The research community is represented by the second-grade preparatory students at Sadat Preparatory School affiliated to Abu Hammad Educational Administration in Sharqia Governorate, and they numbered (186) students. The research sample consisting of (55) students representing three groups was chosen from the research community. The three groups include a survey sample composed of (15) students, an experimental group comprising of (20) students, and the control group with a strength of (20) students. The proposed educational program was applied during the second semester of the academic year 2013/2014 with one lesson per week for (90) minutes over a period of (7) weeks in accordance with the curriculum prescribed by the Ministry of Education for the stage in question. The most important findings indicate differences between the results of pre and post measurements for the control and experimental groups in favor of the experimental group in view of the application of the proposed educational program under consideration using the Generative Model to the experimental group. The researcher recommended following the contents of the proposed educational program in question in the context of upgrading the skills and cognitive level of students in the second preparatory grade.\nThis abstract translated by Dar AlMandumah Inc. 2018
