|a تهدف الدراسة الحالية إلى دراسة الجدوى الاقتصادية للاتحاد المصري لكرة القدم من خلال التعرف على مدى الجدوى الفعلية للاتحاد المصري لكرة القدم والتعرف على العناصر اللازمة لدراسات الجدوى التفصيلية الاقتصادية المتمثلة في (الدراسة التسويقية، الدراسة الفنية، الدراسة التمويلية، الدراسة الاجتماعية)، واستخدمت الباحثة المنهج الوصفي، وتمثل مجتمع الدراسة في أعضاء مجلس إدارة الاتحاد المصري لكرة القدم وأعضاء الجمعية العمومية واللجان المنبثقة منه ومسئولي إدارة الاستثمار بالمجلس القومي للرياضة، وقامت الباحثة باختيار العينة بالطريقة الطبقية العشوائية من مجتمع الدراسة حيث كان قوامها (256) مائتان وستة وخمسون فرد، كما استخدمت الباحثة لجمع البيانات تحليل الوثائق والاستبيان، وتمثلت أهم النتائج في التوصل مدي الجدوى الحالية من الاتحاد المصري لكرة القدم وكذلك أهم العناصر اللازمة لإعداد دراسة الجدوى الاقتصادية التفصيلية ومنها وضع تصور مقترح لدراسة الجدوى الاقتصادية للاتحاد المصري لكرة القدم.

|f The current study aims to study the economic feasibility of the Egyptian Football Federation by understanding the Egyptian Football Federation's actual feasibility and identifying the necessary elements for the detailed economic feasibility studies (marketing study, technical study, finance study, and social study). The researcher used a descriptive approach. The study community is represented by members of the Board of Directors of the Egyptian Football Federation, members of the General Assembly and committees emanating from it, and investment management officials of the National Sports Council. The researcher selected the sample in a random stratified manner from the study community. The sample strength is (256) individuals. The researcher also used a questionnaire to collect data and analyze documents. The study concluded the current feasibility of the Egyptian Football Federation as well as the most important and necessary elements for the preparation of a detailed economic feasibility study, including the development of a proposal for the economic feasibility study for the Egyptian Football Federation.\nThis abstract translated by Dar AlMandumah Inc. 2018
