المستخلص: The issue of term is of the important issues that has gained very big importance in the modern linguistic of this century. As it has very important role in simplifying sciences and clarifying and defining their principles and ideas on the one hand, and finding convergence between scientists and researchers on the other hand. The issue of term has become a threshold of cognitive confusion. The term is only part of the theoretical construction in the language. The language of terminology is indispensable in the world of specialization and thinker in his approach and sometimes it is perhaps a way to shortcut many meanings in few words, and thus isolating the term from its theoretical structure, which it belongs to, will result in converting between learner and the scientific view of things. Accordingly, the overlapping concepts and terminology differ mainly due to this.
