[Le concept de développement durable constitue un enjeu capital pour toute l’économie. Ce concept renvoie à la responsabilité des entreprises pour qu’elles jouent un rôle dans la préservation de l’environnement. L’intégration d’un système de management environnemental dans les stratégies des entreprises s’explique par l’existence d’une politique environnementale centrée sur les principes du développement durable. Il en découle une responsabilité permettant aux entreprises d’augmenter leurs valeurs à long terme. L’objet de ce travail consiste à montrer comment l’insertion des entreprises dans l’économie de la connaissance et l’éthique apporte des moyens de développement en matière de capital humain et de performance environnementale.] [Theconcept of sustainable developmentis of crucial importancefor the entire economy. This concept refers to the responsibility of companies to play a role in preserving the environment. The integration of an environmental management system in corporate strategies is explained by the existence of an environmental policy based on the principles of sustainable development. This results in a liability enabling companies to increase their long-term values. The purpose of this work is to show how the integration of businesses in the knowledge economy and ethics provides the means of developing human CapitaLand environmental performance.] |
