|e \n\n هدف المقال إلى الكشف عن دور المعلم في بناء شخصية الطالب من النظرة الإسلامية. وتناول المقال دور المعلم فهو العمود الفقري في نظام التعليم وهو القلب النابض في عملية التربية. والصفات التي يحرص عليها بناء شخصية الطالب. واختتم المقال بأن المعلم الناجح الصالح هو الذي يعتنى بالطالب في جميع جوانبه العقلية والجسدية والروحية ويبنى شخصية متزنة نفسيا وعاطفيا وسلوكيا. وتوصل المقال أن لابد للمعلم من الحرص على بناء شخصية الطالب حتى تصبح شخصية مؤمنة بالله واثقة بعدله واثقة بقادة الامة وإمكاناتها وقدرتها على النهوض والإبداع. وتجيب عن الأسئلة وتعبر عن الأفكار والآراء دون ارتباك فالمعلم الناجح يشجع الآراء ولا يكتمها ودوره أن يقومها ويوجهها حتى يصل بها إلى التفكير الخلاق المبدع. ومتزنة نفسيا وعاطفيا وسلوكيا راضية عن ذاتها غير مترددة تستطيع أن تتخذ قرارا وتتقبل النقد دون خوف. وتستطيع التحدث إلى الآخرين وإيصال ما تريد إليهم بحجة قوية. ومستقلة تركن إلى نفسها في تسيير أمورها وحل مشكلاتها وتخطط لحياتها تخطيطا سليما. وقادرة على الحكم على الأشخاص والأشياء والأفكار بموضوعية بناء على المبادئ التي يتبناها هو وتتبناها أمته وفلسفة وطنه. وخلاقة مبدعة منطلقة يسهل المعلم أمامها السبل للإبداع ويوجهها التوجيه السليم دون حجر على تفكيرها وانطلاقتها يسر لتقدمها المطرد ويأخذ بيدها. وأوصى المقال بضرورة الاهتمام بشخصية الطالب وبنائها البناء المتين ونعدها لمواجهة الحياة والمعرفة فبغير المعرفة لا نستطيع أن نصل إلى ما نريد. كُتب هذا المستخلص من قِبل دار المنظومة 2018\n
|f The article aims to reveal the role of the teacher in building the personality of the student from the Islamic perspective. The article dealt with the role of the teacher, which is the backbone of the education system and the beating heart of the process of education. The article concluded that the successful teacher is the good one who takes care of the student in all aspects of mental, physical and spiritual and builds a balanced personality psychologically, emotionally and behaviorally. The article concluded that the teacher must be careful to build the character of the student to become a believer in Allah and confident in his justice and confident in leaders of the nation and their potentials and ability to achieve progress and creativity.
