هدف المقال إلى بيان الدور المنوط بالمؤسسات التربوية في ترسيخ قيم الوسطية. وتناول المقال مفهوم الإرهاب والعنف فهو استخدام أساليب ضغط قد تكون معنوية أومادية أو استخدام القوة استخداما غير مشروع ولايقره القانون للتأثير فى الآخرين. واختتم المقال بعدة توصيات منها ضرورة تفعيل دور المؤسسات التربوية فى ترسيخ قيم الوسطية بإعداد المعلمين والمعلمات المتصفين بالاعتدال سلوكيا وفكريا وعقليا بتوفير البيئة التربوية الآمنة التى من شأنها أن تبعد عن الغلو والتطرف والتعصب. ويجب على المؤسسات التربوية أن تتحمل الدور الموكل إليها فى تقليل مظاهر العنف لدى أفرادها. وقيام المؤسسة التربوية ببث القيم التربوية من خلال العملية التربوية لأن أفراد المجتمع يتشربون القيم الاجتماعية الإيجابية التى تغرس فى نفوسهم فهى تخلق التماثل الاجتماعى الضرورى للمحافظة على بقاء الأمن والاستقرار فى المجتمع. وتوفير المنابر للطلبة وتدريبهم على كيفية إبداء الراى وقبول الرأى الآخر ومناقشته دون تحيز أو تعصب. وقيام المؤسسة التربوية ببث القيم التربوية من خلال العملية التربوية لأن أفراد المجتمع يتشربون القيم الاجتماعية الإيجابية التي تغرس في نفوسهم. فالمعلم يمثل القدوة للطلبة في تقديم الخبرات التعليمية والتربوية مما يقتضي ألا تكون علاقة المعلم بالطلبة قاصرة على الغرفة الصفية وإنما تمتد إلى حياتهم العامة بنشاطاتها المختلفة.كُتب هذا المستخلص من قِبل دار المنظومة 2018
The aim of this article is to explain the role of the educational institutions in establishing the values of the moderation. The article dealt with the concept of the terrorism and the violence. It is the use of the methods of pressure that may be materialistic or moral or the use of force unlawfully and not assumed by the law to influence others. The article concluded with several recommendations, including the need to activate the role of the educational institutions in the establishment of the values of moderation by preparing the teachers who are characterized by the behavioral, and the intellectual moderation by providing a safe educational environment whose rule is to keep away from the extremism and the intolerance. Educational institutions must assume the role that is assigned to them in reducing the violence among their members, and the establishment of the educational institution to the propaganda of the educational values through the educational process because the members of the society absorb the positive social values which areinstilled in them. They create the social symmetry that is necessary to maintain the security and the stability in society, and provide the platforms for the students and training on how to express the opinion and accept the other opinion and discuss without bias or intolerance, and the establishment of the educational institution to propagate the educational values through the educational process because members of the community absorb the positive social values that are instilled in them. The teacher represents an example for the students in providing the educational and pedagogical experiences, which requires that the relationship between the teacher and the students should not be limited to the classroom, but extends to their public life activities..This abstract translated by Dar AlMandumah Inc. 2018
