هدف المقال إلى الكشف عن وسطية الإسلام في العبادة. واختتم المقال بأن وسطية الإسلام واعتداله فيها الرحمة والرأفة بالعباد فإذا كانوا في أيام شبابهم قادرين على العبادة الشديدة فعندما يتقدم بهم السن لا يستطيعون ذلك فيندمون على عدم أخذهم بالاعتدال والوسطية والرخص الشرعية. وإن الصحابة الكرام بعضا منهم أرادوا التقرب إلى الله أكثر وأكثر في العبادة فدخلوا بيوت النبي عليه السلام وسألوا عن عبادته. وسعى المقال أن يتخذ شباب المسلمين اتجاه الوسطية في العبادة. وتوصل المقال على حث الرسول (ص) المسلمين إلى الاعتدال والتوسط في العبادة فإنهم لو تركوا وشأنهم فهذا يعنى تعطيلا للحياة وتضييقا للحقوق الزوجية والأولاد وإهلاكا للأجساد. وأمر الرسول المسلمين بأن يصلوا وهم في نشاطهم فإذا تعب فليسترح وإذا نعس فلينم فما جعل الله عليكم في الدين من حرج. كُتب هذا المستخلص من قِبل دار المنظومة 2018
The article aims at revealing the moderation of Islam in worship. The article concludes that the Islamic reasonability and moderation are a mercy and kindness to the slaves. If they are able to worship strongly in the days of their youth, when they age and are not able to do so, they will regret that they did not follow the reasonability and moderation and that did not take the legitimate permission. The honorable companions, some of them wanted to come closer to Allah more and more in worship, so they entered the homes of the Prophet (peace be upon him) and asked about his worship. The article sought to make young Muslims follow the moderate way of the worship. The article found out that the Prophet (peace be upon him) urged Muslims to be moderate and self-restraint in worship. If they are left alone, it means the disruption of life and the narrowing of the marital rights and children and the consumption of bodies. The Prophet ordered the Muslims to pray while they are young and active. If he is tired, let him rest.
