|a العلوم الشرعية بعضها يكمل البعض الآخر، والاجتهاد الفقهي بابه مفتوح إمام المجتهدين في مختلف العلوم حتى يرث الله عز وجل الأرض ومن عليها، والقرآن الكريم لا تنتهي عجائبه ولا يخلق من كثرة القراءة، والنظر في آياته يكشف كل يوم نظرات جديدة تستحق البحث والتنقيب سواء في التفسير أو الفقه أو الأصول ومادامت هذه العلوم مأخوذة من مصادرها الثابتة من القرآن الكريم وصحيح السنة فان تجديد البحث فيهما والتنقيب عن أسرار التشريع هو ما يزيد البحث العلمي متعة وجودة. ومن هنا... فاني وجدت في علم المقاصد الشرعية هي البوابة الأوسع للغوص من خلاله في بقية العلوم وجعله منارا يستضئ به كل باحث عما يمكن إن يترشح من مراد الله عز وجل ورسوله الكريم –صلى الله عليه وسلم –من الحكم الشرعي في باب المعاملات خاصة والعبادات عامة، ولأن باب المعاملات هي مجال لصيق بحياة الناس ومصالحهم فقد ترك الإسلام الباب واسعا إمام تقنين القوانين الشرعية في باب الثوابت فيها من خلال الخطوط العامة للتشريع وترك التفصيلات التي فيها مرونة للعمل والإبداع على ضوء مقالة النبي –صلى الله عليه وسلم –أنتم أعلم بأمور دنياكم طبعا ضمن دائرة الشريعة في كل زاوية من زوايا حياة المسلم، ولأني أخترت جانب المعاملات في بحثي هذا فإن المقاصد فرضت نفسها بقوة في مجال البحث لا يمكن بحال الإعراض عنها إلى غيرها لأن إسقاطاتها هي ما يحقق المصلحة العامة للشريعة التي قصدت جلب المصالح ودرء المفاسد وهو ما سعيت لإثباته من بعد دارسته والله تعالى هو الموفق إلى سواء السبيل.
