ملخص البحث البحث بعنوان "السبر والتقسيم عند العقليين" وأعني بالعقليين: المناطقة (علماء المنطق) والأصوليين (علماء أصول الفقه) والمتكلمين (علماء علم الكلام والعقائد). حيث يستعملون هذا الدليل باعتباره طريقا من طرق الاستدلال فكل منهم يستعمله لإثبات قضية معينة، داخلة ضمن اختصاصه؛ فأردت جمع ذلك كله في بحث واحد. والشكل العام لهذا الدليل هو: انه إذا أردنا أن نثبت قضية معينة نبدأ بذكر أجزاء تلك القضية سواء كانت جزئين أو أكثر وهذا ما يسمى بالتقسيم ثـم نبـدأ بدارسـة كـل جزء بصفة خاصة؛ وهذا ما يسمى بالسبر، بعد ذلك نبدأ بإبطال كـل جـزء لا يـصلح أن يكون دليلا حتى ينتهي الأمر إلى دليل واحد فقط يصلح للاحتجاج به. وبالرغم من أن الشكل العام لهذا الدليل هو واحد فـي هـذه العلـوم إلا أن الاحتجـاج به يعتمد على قوة هذا الدليل المبنية على تحديد أجزاءه وحصرها وخاصة في موضوعات العقيدة. فجاء هـذا البحـث مقسما إلى خمسة مطالب تتقدمها مقدمـة بينت فيها سبب اختياري للموضوع، وأهميتـه، أمـا المطلب الأول فكان لبيان معنى "السبر والتقسيم" لغة واصطلاحا. والمطلـب الثـاني تكلمـت فيـه عـن الآثـار التاريخيـة للـسبر والتقـسيم. أمـا المطلب الثالث فكان عن السبر والتقسيم عند المناطقة. والمطلب الرابع الـسبر والتقـسيم عند الأصوليين. وأمـا المطلـب الخـامس الـسبر والتقـسيم عنـد المتكلمـين. ثـم ختمـت ذلـك بنتيجة بينت فيها أهم النتائج والمناقشات والترجيحات التي ظهرت لي في البحث.
Research entitled “Al Saber WalTaqseem End AlAqlaieen and what I mean by A1 -Aklanian: Logicians (logicians) and fundamentalists (jurisprudence scholars) and speakers (scholars of theology and beliefs). Where they use this guide as a way of inference ways each of them use it to prove a particular case, included within its specification; I wanted to gather it all.in a single search. The overall shape of this evidence is this: that if we wanted to prove a particular case, we begin by mentioning the parts that case, whether two or more and this is called the division and then begin to study each part in particular; this is called Al Soober, then revocation every part is not fit to be evidence to end up one evidence only fit to challenge with it. Although the overall shape of this evidence is one in this science, however, objection depends on the strength of this evidence based on the identification of its parts and counted especially in the subjects of belief. Then this research comes to be divided into five demands spearheaded the introduction reason showed an optional subject, and its importance, and the first requirement was to demonstrate the meaning of “Al Soober and division" idiomatically and linguistically. The second requirement in which I spoke about the historic implications of Al Soober and division. The third demand was for Al Soober and division for Logicians. The Fourth requirement sounding and division for fundamentalists. The fifth requirement sounding and division for the speakers. And then I concluded that with an outcome showed the most significant results, discussions and suggestion that appeared to me in the search.
