أحتوى البحث على المقدمة وأهميته التي تكمن في التعرف على الاستجابات والتأثيرات الحاصلة في بعض متغيرات الجهاز التنفسي والإنزيمات عند لاعبي كرة القدم من خلال اختبارات التحمل الاختبارات أما مشكلة البحث فتتجلى في استخدام اختبارات التحمل البد نية من قبل المدربين إما كاختبارات دورية أو كوحدات تدريبية من دون معرفة التأثيرات والاستجابات الوظيفية لبعض متغيرات الجهاز التنفسي والأنزيمات لكي يتم معرفة أهمية هذه الاختبارات في كفاءة اللاعبين الوظيفية. أما أهداف البحث فكانت ما يلي : 1- التعرف على أثر اختبارات التحمل(الخاص والعام ) في بعض متغيرات الجهاز التنفسي والإنزيمات لدى لاعبي كرة القدم . 2- التعرف على الفروق بين الاختبارات والقياسات بعد الجهد لاختباري التحمل العام والخاص في بعض متغيرات الجهاز التنفسي والإنزيمات لدى لاعبي كرة القدم. وعليه وضع الباحث الفروض التالية : 1 – وجود فروق معنوية في بعض متغيرات الجهاز التنفسي والإنزيمات قيد البحث لقياس قبل وبعد اختبارات التحمل ولصالح القياس ألبعدي 2- وجود فروق معنوية بين الاختبارات والقياسات بعد الجهد لاختبار التحمل العام واختبار التحمل الخاص في بعض متغيرات الجهاز التنفسي والإنزيمات قيد البحث . أما منهجية البحث وإجراءاته الميدانية استخدم الباحث المنهج المستخدم وهو التجريبي وكذلك وصف العينة والأدوات المستخدمة وفضلاً عن الاختبارات والقياسات المستخدمة . أما عرض وتحليل ومناقشة النتائج /تم عرض وتحليل النتائج بواسطة الجداول الخاصة . و كان أهم ما توصل إليه الباحث هو : 1– وجود فروق معنوية في بعض متغيرات الجهاز التنفسي والإنزيمات قيد البحث بين القياسين( قبل وبعد الجهد) لاختباري التحمل الخاص والعام سوى إنزيم GPX في اختبار التحمل الخاص وإنزيمي GPT,GOT في اختبار التحمل العام (كوبر) والتي لم تسجل فروق معنوية. 2- وجود فروق معنوية بين الاختبارات والقياسات ( بعد الجهد ) لاختباري التحمل الخاص والعام في جميع متغيرات الجهاز التنفسي والإنزيمات قيد البحث ولصالح اختبار التحمل الخاص فيما عدا الاحتياطي ألشهيقي RV وإنزيمGPT اللذان لم يسجلا فروقا معنوية , وكذلك إنزيم GPX الذي كانت فروقه لصالح اختبار التحمل العام . \
