تبلورت مشكلة البحث من خلال ملاحظة الباحثتان الإهمال الواضح للمربين الرياضيين ( المدرسين أو المدربين ) للربط بين الجانب النفسي متمثلا بالرضا الحركي بالجانب المهاري في معظم الألعاب الرياضية ومنها لعبة كرة اليد ، إذ يعمل الرضا الحركي على إثارة العديد من الانفعالات الايجابية لدى الفرد الرياضي والتي تبعث الثقة بالنفس فتثير بذلك حيويته وحماسه وتجعل من أدائه المهاري يتميز بالانسيابية والدقة مما يجعله محباً للأنشطة التي يؤديها وبذلك تتحقق طموحاته . ويهدف البحث إلى 1- الرضا الحركي لدى طلاب المرحلة الرابعة في كلية التربية الرياضية بجامعة بابل . 2- دقة أداء عينة البحث لمهارتي المناولة والتصويب بكرة اليد . 3- العلاقة بين الرضا الحركي لعينة البحث ودقة أداء مهارتي المناولة والتصويب بكرة اليد . واستعملت الباحثتان المنهج الوصفي بالأسلوب المسحي والعلاقات الارتباطية لأنه أفضل المناهج وأيسرها للوصول إلى تحقيق الأهداف الموضوعة . هذا وتحددت عينة البحث المختارة بالطريقة العشوائية بطلاب المرحلة الرابعة في كلية التربية الرياضية بجامعة بابل للعام الدراسي (2012-2013 ) البالغ عددهم (60) طالباً من مجموع (98) طالباً الممثلين لمجتمع البحث . وبعد معالجة النتائج إحصائيا استنتجت الباحثتان استنتاجات عديدة أهمها ما يأتي : - هناك علاقة ارتباط ذات دلالة معنوية بين الرضا الحركي ودقة أداء عينة البحث لمهارتي المناولة والتصويب بكرة اليد . وانتهى البحث بتوصيات عديدة منها ما يأتي : 1- التأكيد على تدعيم مفهوم الرضا الحركي للرياضيين من خلال استعمال وسائل التهيئة النفسية كالأحاديث الحيوية وتأييد المشجعين ووضوح الأهداف وغيرها . 2- إجراء دراسات مماثلة تشمل مهارات أخرى في لعبة كرة اليد من غير المستعملة في الدراسة الحالية.
The research problem was established by the researchers’ observation to the obvious neglection of the athletic educators. (Teachers or trainers) to connect the psychological aspect represented complacent kinetic aspect of skill in most sports, including handball, as kinetic satisfaction to raise many of the positive emotions of the individual sports, which sends the self-confidence they raise so vitality and enthusiasm and make skill performance characterized by flexibility and precision, making him the lover of the activities performed by bringing his ambitions realized. The research aims to 1. Kinetic satisfaction among students of the fourth stage at the Faculty of Physical Education at the University of Babylon. 2. Accuracy in the performance of the research sample in the skills of handling and shooting handball. 3. The relationship between the kinetic satisfaction of the search sampling and accuracy of performance in the skills of handling and shooting handball. The researchers used the descriptive method by survey manner and relational ties because it was the best and easiest method to get to the achievement of the targeted objectives. The research sampling was identified randomly selected who were the students of the fourth stage in the Faculty of Physical Education at the University of Babylon for the academic year (2012-2013) totaling 60 students from the total (98) student representatives to the research community. After processing the results statistically , the researchers came out with several conclusions, most important ones were as follows: - There was a significant correlation between the kinetic satisfaction and the accuracy of performance for the research sample in the skills of handling and shooting handball. The search ended with several recommendations, including the following: 1. Emphasis on strengthening the concept of kinetic satisfaction for athletes through the use of the means of psychological preparation like energetic speech, fans support and the clarity of objectives and others. 2. Conducting similar studies include other skills in the game of handball not used in the current study.
