المستخلص: I would like at the beginning to point out the court's commitment. The court does not comply with the description which the public prosecution attributed for the act that was assigned to the accused. The criminal court has the right to amend the charge to give her a proper legal description that it sees more applicable to the fixed facts, The court does not have to take place an amendment to the charge except that this happens during the trial and before the verdict of the lawsuit. The amendment to the charge requires the court to alert the accused to prepare his defense if so requested. The court has not to comply with drawing the defense attention to consider the amendment that has been conducted if the incident raised in the session is the same one taken as a basis by the verdict for describing.
