المستخلص: After the collapse of socialism, and failure of capitalism in recent times, the world has become today need a new economic system avoids repeated economic crisis, and bring the economic stability, the study hopes in the Islamic economy is playing this role. Where the Islamic economics is better than the other systems, in that market adjusted by the legitimacy controls and ethical, to support the useful allocation of society resources, and ensure the efficiency of the Islamic market, and not to deviate from the performance of its functions. The Islamic economic system want to free market, pure, clean, and completely empty of all forms of intervention, either, by the state or by individuals, therefore, the Islamic market is not the same market in capital system, but it is the largest of be described as a space for the exchange of commodity prices and cash; it is a field to practice values in the circle of economic activity in general, and pricing in particular. The legitimacy controls and ethical cannot be considered as restrictions on the market or on the behavior of the individual clients, but it is considered as the mechanisms by which it operates, and which cannot be dispensed with. So, have optimal allocate resource accordance with the provisions of the legitimacy controls and regulations, and then under the consumer preferences, so that not the consequences of this allocation wasted the benefit of society. The study believes that the opportunity has become available now in front of the Islamic countries in order to have an influential role, if this countries applied the Islamic economics system, Then the Islamic economics system becomes it the current and future phase system.
