|a يتناول هذا البحث سجلات تقارير الطب الشرعي بمديرية الشرقية في أوائل القرن العشرين وهذه السجلات محفوظة في مخزن رقم عشرين بدار المحفوظات العمومية، حيث كان الطب الشرعي أحد العلوم الأساسية التي تعتمد عليها السلطات الأمنية والتحقيقية والقضائية في الوصول إلى الحقيقة في العديد من الجرائم والقضايا المختلفة التي تقع على الإنسان، ويعد الطب الشرعي من العلوم العملية التي تعتمد على التفسير الدقيق والصحيح للعلامات والتغيرات والمشاهدات الطبية الشرعية والاستخدام الأمثل للمعلومات الطبية لخدمة العدالة والأمن. وقد اتبعت الدراسة منهج البحث الوثائقي في إعداد هذا البحث؛ حيث تتناول دراسة سجلات تقارير الطب الشرعي حيث كانت هذه التقارير ذراع للعدالة لوجود أبطال مجهولين لا تعنيهم براءة متهم أو إدانته بقدر اهتمامهم بكتابة الحقيقة. كما توضح هذه السجلات كيفية كتابة تقارير الطب الشرعي الذي كان يتكون من ثلاثة أجزاء تعتمد على إثبات الحالة للمريض أو المتوفى وفحص الحرز ورؤية الطبيب العلمية للحالة وكتابة تقريره على أسس علمية سليمة. كما توضح هذه السجلات كيف أن هذه التقارير كانت لها أهمية كبيرة في كشف الخصائص والملابسات التي في القضية. كما يحوي هذا البحث تصميم بطاقات وصف للسجلات ونشر نماذج من سجلات تقارير الطب الشرعي بمديرية الشرقية تبين أنواع الحوادث المختلفة الواردة بالسجلات.

|b This research deals with Forensic Reports Records of the A1 Sharkiya Directorate in the early twentieth century. These records kept in storage number (20) in House public archives. The target of this study is to describe the Forensic as basic science upon which the security authorities and the investigative and judicial in reaching the truth in many of the crimes and the various issues that fall the man, where is the process of medical science that rely on accurate and correct interpretation of the signs and changes and medical Views legitimacy and the optimal use of medical information for the service of justice and security. The study has used the documentary research method in the preparation of this research, which deals with the study of records of Forensic reports where the reports were an arm or power of justice to the presence of unknown heroes do not concern them the innocence of the accused or convicted of as much interest in writing the truth, as these records shows how to write a forensic reports was made up of three parts based on the proven state of the patient or the deceased and examination score and the scientific examination case by the doctor. Finally, the study made definition of Forensic Reports Records of the A1 Sharkiya Directorate in the early twentieth century, and also show how these reports were of great importance in the detection of characteristics and circumstances in the case, also has this research design description cards of the records and publish models of Forensic Reports Records of the A1 Sharkiya Directorate in the early twentieth century, and show the different types of accidents contained records.
