المستخلص: Le tourisme est l’une des plus grands activités au monde lequel on a développé un intérêt croassant ces dernières années et ant un secteur qui contribuer a la relance et au développement économique contribue a 12% au PIB mondial, il aussi un taus de contribution élevé dans les échanges commerciaux mondiaux et aussi a l’équilibre économique et par conséquent développement durable.
D’un autre coté le tourisme est considère comme étant l’activité du présent et de l’avenir et ant considère comme l’un des éléments du développement durable dans tous les pays.
A travers cette intervention on peut définir le tourisme et le développement durable, évaluer l’intérêt que qu’accorde l’état au secteur touristique a travers un exposé du développement des projets d’investissement touristiques, du volume du budget du tourisme et de la stratégie élaboré a l’avenir pour le développement du secteur du tourisme en Algérie aux perspectives 2015,2025. Et enfin étudier et analyser les conséquences économiques, sociales environnement a les du secteur touristiques en Algérie durant la période étudiée.


تعتبر السياحة واحدة من أكبر الصناعات في العالم التي شهدت في الآونة الأخيرة اهتماماً متزايداً، لكونها دافع من دوافع الإنعاش الاقتصادي وتطويره، حيث تساهم بـ12% من إجمالي الناتج الداخلي الخام العالمي، وتساهم بنسبة عالية في التبادلات التجارية الدولية، إضافة إلى مساهمتها في التوازن الاقتصادي، ومنه تحقيق أبعاد التنمية المستدامة.
من جهة أخرى تعتبر السياحة صناعة العصر والمستقبل، وباعتبارها تمثل أحدا عناصر التنمية المستدامة في أي بلد، فمن خلال هذه المداخلة يمكن التعريف بالسياحة والتنمية المستدامة، تشخيص مدي اهتمام الدولة الجزائرية بالقطاع السياحي من خلال عرض تطور حجم المشاريع الاستثمارية السياحية، حجم ميزانية قطاع السياحة، والإستراتيجية المستقبلية المنتهجة لتطوير القطاع السياحي في الجزائر في آفاق 2015و 2025، وأخيراً دراسة وتحليل أثر الاقتصادي، الاجتماعي والبيئي للقطاع السياحي في الجزائر فترة الدراسة.


Tourism is one of the largest industries in the world that has seen growing interest in recent times because it is one of the drivers of economic recovery and development, contributing 12% of the world's gross domestic product (GDP), and it contributes highly to international trade exchanges, as well as to economic balance, including the achievement of sustainable development dimensions.
On the other hand, tourism is considered the industry of current times and the future, as it represents one of the main elements of sustainable development in any country.
So, by this presentation, the meaning of tourism and sustainable development will be understood, to analyze the extent of the Algerian State's interest in the tourism sector by presenting the evolution of the volume of tourism investment projects and the future strategy adopted for the development of the tourism sector in Algeria between 2015 and 2025, and in conclusion analyzing the economic, social and environmental impact of the tourism sector in Algeria during that period.
