| 520 | |d La relation entre le tourisme et l’environnement est une relation de complémentarité, ça n’a pas toujours été le cas, mais vue les circonstances actuelles et les différentes effets négatives sur l’environnement, les responsables du secteur du tourisme doivent travailler en étroite collaboration avec leur homologues du secteur de l’environnement, et ce pour un tourisme durable avec moins d’effets négatives et moins de pollution.\nLe centre national de Taza dans la wilaya de Jijel est l’un des premiers en Algérie à promouvoir ce genre de tourisme, et ce avec le partenariat du projet méditerranéen MEDPANSUD, ce qui permet de protéger le magnifique patrimoine d’ont dispose le centre national de Taza en particulier et Jijel en général. | ||
| 520 | |a تعد السياحة والبيئة من الموضوعات التي أثارت ومازالت تثير جدلا في إفرازاتهما المتعددة، نظرا لأن السياحة البيئية كانت مجرد فكرة وليس منهجا لدى أصحاب المشاريع السياحية أو الحكومات، وإنما علاقات مشتركة ومترابطة كان يروج لها بدون معرفة قواعدها ومنهجها. إن فهم العلاقة المشتركة بين السياحة والبيئة مهم لتركيب النشاطات السياحية واليوم غدت السياحة البيئة منهجا يجب الأخذ به لا شعارات تطرح وتردد، وقد أعطت للإدارة أبعادا جديدة وفرضت أدوارا معقدة مما دفع بالإدارات أن تتحول في اهتماماتها نحو الاستدامة، فقد بدأت العديد من منظمات الأعمال بإعادة النظر بمسؤولياتها الاجتماعية والأخلاقية في ممارساتها الاستثمارية، وذلك بإعطاء البعد البيئي أهمية بارزة في استراتيجياتها التنموية.\nإن الاهتمام بالمحميات الطبيعية يعد من بين أولويات السياحة البيئية، باعتبارها فضاء خصبا لممارسة مختلف أشكال السياحة البيئية- على غرار الحظيرة الوطنية لتازة- والتي تهدف جميعها إلى الحفاظ على المقومات السياحية الطبيعية والثقافية، تجسيدا لمبادئ التنمية المستدامة من خلال التوليف بين المصادر الطبيعية والبشرية من أجل تقديم الظرف الملائم للزوار للتمتع بأقصى ما يمكن. مع الأخذ بعين الاعتبار محاولة تقليل الآثار السلبية المتولدة عن التنمية السياحية والقيام برصد تأثيرات الأنشطة السياحية على التراث الطبيعي والثقافي وتقليلها. وهو ما يمكن أن يتجسد من خلال مشروع الشراكة الاستراتيجية لأكبر نظام بيئي بحري للمتوسط (MEDPANSUD). | ||
| 520 | |f Tourism and the environment are among the topics that have raised and continue to give rise to controversy in their multiple outputs, given that ecotourism was merely an idea and not an approach among tourism entrepreneurs or governments, but rather a common and interconnected relationship that was promoted without knowledge of its rules and methods.\nUnderstanding the interrelationship between tourism and the environment is important for the implementation of tourism activities. Today, eco-tourism has become an approach that should be adopted, not slogans repeated. It has given management new dimensions and imposed complex roles that prompted departments to shift their concerns towards sustainability. Many business institutions have reviewed their social and ethical responsibilities in investment practices by giving the environmental dimension prominent importance in their development strategies.\nAttention to nature reserves is one of the priorities of ecotourism, as it is a fertile space for the practice of its various forms - like the Taza National Park - which aims to preserve the natural and cultural constituents of tourism, embodying the principles of sustainable development by combining natural and human resources in order to provide the right environment for visitors to enjoy the best possible, taking into account the attempt to minimize the negative impacts of tourism development and to monitor and minimize the impacts of tourism activities on natural and cultural heritage. \nThis can be achieved by the Strategic Partnership for the Largest Marine Ecosystem of the Mediterranean (MEDPANSUD) project.\nThis abstract translated by Dar AlMandumah Inc 2018. | ||
