|d Témoin le secteur du tourisme un important développement à l'heure actuelle, où le tourisme est devenu un phénomène économique et social occupe une place importante dans l'économie de nombreux pays, il est l'un des principaux piliers de la plupart des économies de ces pays en raison de la participation active dans le revenu national et le niveau des investissements nationaux et internationaux dans le développement durable de sa contribution, pour l'Algérie, ils sont disponibles sur les nombreux et divers ingrédients touristiques, mais ne contribuent pas de façon significative au développement de l'économie nationale et parvenir à un développement durable, et ainsi à l'Algérie de développer et d'activer le secteur du tourisme dans toutes les manières possibles pour remonter au niveau requis et de contribuer à la réalisation du développement en Algérie.

|f The tourism sector is currently undergoing major development. Tourism has become an economic and social phenomenon that occupies an important position in the economies of many countries. It is one of the main pillars of most economies of these countries because of its effective contribution to national income, national and international investment and sustainable development.\nAlgeria has many and varied tourism components, but it has not contributed significantly to the development of the national economy and the achievement of sustainable development. |a يشهد قطاع السياحة تطوراً كبيراً في الوقت الراهن، حيث أصبحت السياحة ظاهرة اقتصادية واجتماعية تحتل موقعاً مهماً في اقتصاديات العديد من الدول، فهي تعد أحد الركائز الأساسية في معظم اقتصاديات هذه الدول نظراً لمساهمتها الفعالة في الدخل الوطني وفي مستوى الاستثمارات الوطنية والدولية وفي تحقيق التنمية المستدامة، وبالنسبة للجزائر فإنها تتوفر على مقومات سياحية عديدة ومتنوعة لكنها لم تساهم بشكل كبير في تطوير الاقتصاد الوطني وتحقيق التنمية المستدامة، ولذا على الجزائر تطوير وتفعيل القطاع السياحي بكل السبل الممكنة ليرتقي إلى المستوى المطلوب ويساهم في تحقيق التنمية في الجزائر.
