المستخلص: تعرض هذه الدراسة الميدانية محاولة لمعرفة تطبيق تقنيات الإعلام الآلي التوثيقي وخصائصها المطبقة في كل من الموقعين الإلكترونيين للمكتبة الوطنية الجزائرية ومركز البحث في الإعلام العلمي والتقني CERIST. كما تقيم مستوى هذا التطبيق نوعيا وكميا، اعتماداً على تفريغ سبعة محاور. وقد أظهرت هذه الدراسة في نتائجها أن تقنيات الإعلام الآلي التوثيقي في موقع وآب مركز البحث في الإعلام العلمي والتقني، واسعة التطبيق، وعالية المستوى نوعاً وكما، عكس تطبيقاتها في الموقع الإلكتروني للمكتبة الوطنية الجزائرية التي كانت ضعيفة نوعاً وكماً. كما خلصت الدراسة أيضاً إلى مجموعة من المقترحات.

This study investigates the properties of the applications of document computer science in each web site, researching center of scientific and technical information and the national library of Algeria. It assesses the level of these applications in quality and quantity. this depends on dropping seven axes, chosen for evaluation, with are: data base, digitalization, electronic publishing, security of information, cybernetics, hypertexts, document retrieval software, electronics records management, information and linguistic engineering and data interfaces, this research shows that the use of techniques of document computer science in web sites of researching center of scientific and technical information is widely applied and with a high level in both quality and quantity, whereas its application in the electronic web site of the national library of Algeria is low in both quality and quantity. Furthermore, the study proposes a set of suggestions dealing with both electronic sites. Each one depends on its significant and evaluating the outcome, in order to improve and evolve techniques of document computer science in web sites

Cette contribution vise à cerner les applications de l’informatique documentaire avec ses spécificités au niveau des deux sites web relatifs à la bibliothèque nationale et au CERIST. Il s’agit aussi d’évaluer ces applications sur les deux plans quantitatif et qualitatif Pour cela, il a été procédé à une évaluation sur la base de sept critères. Cette étude a révélé que les techniques de l’informatique documentaire sur le site web du CERIST sont largement appliquées à un haut niveau quantitatif et qualitatif; ce qui n’est pas le cas sur le site web de la bibliothèque nationale d’Algérie dont les applications restent faibles aussi bien quantitativement et qualitativement. Nombre de propositions ont été avancées, concernant les deux sites web.
