|a استندت استراتيجية التنمية في الاقتصاد الجزائري على إنشاء أقطاب النمو، حيث تم تقييم فعالية هذه السياسة، وذلك بتحليل الارتباطات والمضاعفات للفترة (2000 – 2008). وقد أظهرت النتائج عدم فعالية هذه الاستراتيجية إلى حد كبير، وذلك بسبب الترابط الضعيف للقطاع الزراعي مع بقية قطاعات الاقتصاد منذ بداية الفترة، وهذا راجع لإهمال تنمية الصناعات الخفيفة.
|b The development strategy for the Algerian economy was based on the establishment of growth poles. The effectiveness of this policy is assessed, using multipliers and linkages analysis for the period (2000 2008). It is concluded that the strategy was not effective, largely because of the initially slight integration of the agriculture sector with the rest of the economy due to the neglect of the development for light industry.
|d La stratégie de développement de l'économie algérienne est basée sur les pôles de croissance. L'efficacité de cette politique est évaluée, en utilisant l'analyse des liens et des multiplicateurs pour la période (2000 2008). Les résultats obtenus, montrent que cette stratégie n'a pas été efficace, en raison de la faible intégration du secteur agricole avec le reste de l'économie et notamment, du fait de la négligence du développement des industries légères.
