|d Cette étude consiste à examiner les engagements et les mesures prises par la communauté internationale en faveur des aspects liés aux droits reproductifs ( le droit de choisir le nombre d’enfants, les soins maternelle, la contraception … . ) et en faveur d’autres questions liées à la procréation ( le droit à l’éducation et l’information, la lutte contre le VIH/SIDA et la violence à l’égard des femmes… .) dans les instruments internationaux relatifs aux droits de l’homme ,lors de certaines conférences internationales organisées par les Nations Unies ou par des organisations non gouvernementales ainsi que dans d’autres documents des Nations Unies qui sont le fruit d’un consensus.
