The study of the most effective age groups is one of the most important means of knowing and analyzing the activity of any society, and when applying this theory to the Egyptian society in the first half of the twentieth century, we find that the society was in a case of the permanent mobility at all levels economically, socially and politically. In the economic level; we find for example, the project of Banque Misr, which Talaat Pasha Harb tried through it to be out of the control of the British occupation of the Egyptian economy with the help of the Egyptian people. In the political level, the struggle of the Egyptian people has not calmed one day to resist the occupation, whether resistance by guerrilla operations or through the press or any possible means.
The most important age groups that supported this mobility were the youth group represented in the student movement, which had an active role in public life. The student movement, whether from school or Al-Azhar students or the establishment of the Egyptian University in 1908 that represented the majority of the community classes, whether the poor class that aspires to improve their level by teaching their children or the middle class that knows the importance of education to maintain their level. In general, the students had an impact on the life of those around them, which made them have a role in spreading education for the non-educational purposes, as well as spreading the political awareness. The study discusses the importance of the role of the student movement in public life in Egypt since the establishment of the Egyptian University in 1908 as the university was the crucible of student work until 1945, this period was one of the most active periods of student work..
