المستخلص: تعد القضية القبرصية احد اهم المشاكل التي توليها تركيا اهمية خاصة وتتاثر تركيا بمواقف الدول الاخرى ازاء هذه القضية سلبا كان ام ايجابا، لانها تشكل مساسا لامنها القومي كما تعد تركيا نفسها مسؤولة عن تامين الحماية للجالية التركية في قبرص. اما من جانب اليونان، تشكل القضية القبرصية محورا من اهم محاور السياسة الخارجية اليونانية كما ان موقف الدول الاخرى من هذه المسالة يعد من وجهة نظرها المعيار الرئيس الذي تقترب او تبتعد فيه من هذه الدول . تخفي جزيرة قبرص الواقعة في شرق البحر المتوسط جذورا لصراع دموي يكاد يكون مستمرا بين شقي سكانها اليونانيين والاتراك، والذين جمعتهم دون تعايش سلمي ، ظروف التاريخ ، والهجرة ، والجوار الجغرافي ، ، للدولتين ، الام تركيا، واليونان . وقد وصل الخلاف وسوء الفهم بينهما الى حد نشوب حروب اهلية ، ونستطيع ان نرجع اسباب الخلاف والصراع الى ذلك التركيب السكاني الذي يميز شعب الجزيرة اذ انها تشتمل على قوميتين متنافستين دينيا وتاريخيا ، احداهما تركية ، والاخرى يونانية ، فضلا عن ان هذه المشكلة التي تشغل بال السياسيين في اليونان ..لا ترجع الى مسالة توازن القوى السياسية داخل الجزيرة فحسب ، وانما تنبع كذلك من سمات النظام السياسي المشترك في الجزيرة منذ استقلالها عام 1960م والذي فرضته عليها الدول الثلاث اليونان وتركيا وبريطانيا .

The Cyprus issue is one of the main problems that Turkey attaches special importance to Turkey and are affected by the positions of other countries on the issue was negatively or positively, because it constitutes a violation of its national security as Turkey itself is responsible for ensuring the protection of the Turkish community in Cyprus. Disagreement and misunderstanding between them has arrived at the end of civil wars, and we can go back the reasons for disagreement and conflict to that population structure that characterizes the people of the island as it includes binational rival religiously and historically, Turkish, one, Greek and the other, as well as that this problem of concern to politicians Pal in Greece ..latter-day to the issue of the political balance of power within the island only, but also stems from the common features of the political system on the island since its independence in 1960 and imposed by the three countries, Greece, Turkey and Britain.
