عنوان البحث سلامة المعلومات للتنمية في ضوء القرآن الكريم "أستخدم المنهج التاريخي والوصفي التحليلي، والاستنباطي، يهدف البحث إلى معرفة قاعدة بيانات ومعلومات التنمية في ضوء القرآن الكريم من خلال سلامة الإحصاء والبيانات، وحصر المعلومات عن الموارد الطبيعية والبشرية للتنمية حسب لفظها وتكرارها في القرآن الكريم ومعرفة العلاقة بين الآيات التي وردت عن الموارد الطبيعية والبشرية حسب ترتيب تكرارها في ضوء القرآن الكريم. من أهم نتائج البحث: 1- أثبت البحث أن سلامة المعلومات للتنمية تتوقف على سلامة الإحصاء الذي ورد لفظه (17) مرة في القرآن الكريم الذى فيه أكبر قاعدة بيانات ومعلومات للتنمية تصلح لتأسيس نظم معلومات التنمية والعلاقة بين الآيات التي وردت عن الموارد الطبيعية والبشرية للتنمية علاقة ارتباط طردي جوهري. 2- المعلومات السليمة للتنمية موجودة ومحصورة في القرآن الكريم كماً ونوعاً وأهمية، شملت الماء والأمطار والأنهار، والينابيع ، والأودية والسيل ، والأرض والسهول والشمس والرياح والرطوبة ، والنباتات الطبيعية والمراعي الطبيعية والسكان (البشر)، والعمل ، والزراعة ، والثمرات والحبوب ، والحصاد، والنقل والركوب، والتخزين ، والأنعام ، مثل الضأن والماعز والبغال ، والبقر، والإبل والخيول والحمير، والمنتجات الحيوانية مثلا الوبر والشعر، واللحم واللبن ، والجلود والدواجن والأسماك ، والعسل ، والفواكه. من أهم التوصيات: 1- الرجوع إلى القرآن الكريم باعتباره المصدر الأول لقاعدة البيانات والمعلومات السليمة للتنمية وإنشاء إدارة لنظم المعلومات القرآنية والاستفادة منها في عمليات التخطيط والإدارة ووضع الاستراتيجيات التنموية والأمنية للدولة. 2- إنشاء إدارة لنظم معلومات التنمية لتوفير الإحصاءات والبيانات والمعلومات عبر استراتيجية تحقق سلامة المعلومات للتنمية وحمايتها والمحافظة عليها من كافة المخاطر والمهددات وتأمينها من كافة المؤثرات مثل الضياع والتلف والفقدان والتزوير والتجسس أو الاعتداء عليها دون علم الدولة أو المؤسسة 3- الاستفادة من المعلومات السليمة للتنمية في ضوء القرآن الكريم وتوظيفها في البحوث العلمية. 4- نشر ثقافة السلامة المعلوماتية والتنموية وربطها بمؤسسات القطاع الحكومي والخاص والاستثمار في موارد المعلومات التي أصبحت من أهم الموارد في كثير من دول في العالم، والاهتمام بالتدريب في برامج السلامة المعلوماتية ، وسلامة التنمية. 5- إنشاء وتفعيل المواقع الإلكترونية لكل مؤسسة ورفع المعلومات القابلة للنشر حتى تتمكن من المنافسة والتصنيفات الدولية للمؤسسة في مجال المعلومات والبرامج التي تقدمها.
