المستخلص: يهدف هذا البحث إلى التعرف على : درجة ممارسة القيم الإدارية التربوية لدى القيادات التربوية في التعليم العام من وجهة نظر تلك القيادات في ذواتها وفي القيادات الأخرى التي تتعامل معها، وقد استخدم الباحث المنهج الوصفي وبني أدائه من (61) عبارة اشتملت على القيم الإدارية والتربوية، وقد طبقت على عينة عشوائية من القيادات التربوية في التعليم العام وعددهم (75) قائداً تربوياً، وباستخدام بعض المعالجات الإحصائية توصل إلى نتائج منها : أن درجة ممارسة القيم الإدارية التربوية لدى القيادات التربوية في التعليم العام من وجهة نظر تلك القيادات في ذواتها متوسطة، وهي مرتبة بدءً بقيمة (الرحمة : أرحم كل من أتعامل معه مبتعداً عن الفظاظة والغلظة قولاً وفعلاً)، وانتهاء بآخر قيمة (أعمل على محاسبة المسيء)، وأن درجة ممارسة القيم الإدارية والتربوية لدى القيادات التربوية في التعليم العام من وجهة نظرها في القيادات الأخرى التي تعمل معها متوسطة،. وهي مرتبة في ممارستها بدءً بقيمة (البعد عن الفحش)، وانتهاءً بآخر قيمة تمارس (اعترف بأخطائي مقدماً اعتذاري وطالباً الصفح)، كما أن أشخاص القيادات الإدارية التربوية يرون أنهم يمارسون القيم في ذواتهم بدرجة أكبر من ممارسة هذه القيم لدى القيادات الأخرى، وأن الإناث يرين أنهن يمارسن القيم في ذواتهن بدرجة أكبر من الذكور.

This research aims to delineate the following: the degree to which educational leadership values are practised by the educational administrators in the public education sector, from the point of view of those administrations apropos their own performance and the performance of other administrations that they deal with. The researcher utilized the descriptive method and composed his tools from (61) variables that included administrative and educational values. The variables were tested against a random sample in the public education sector that comprised 75 educational leaders. Using some statistical analyses, the researcher arrived at the following results: educational leaders’ view of themselves is such that they believe they apply utmost educational leadership values (medium). Those values range from the value of (mercy: be kind to all one’s subjects, and avoid repulsive ill-treatment both in words and in deeds) at the acme of the value scale, to the value of (punish those who commit bad behaviours) at the lower end of the scale. Also, those educational leaders believe that other leaderships that they deal with demonstrate and adherence to those values that is rated (medium). Those values range from (avoid repulsive ill-treatment both in words and in deeds) as the top value, to the lower end values of (admit that I make mistakes, make excuses and ask for forgiveness.The educational leaders also believe that they observe the educational values more strictly than their peers do, and females were found out to believe they observe the values more strictly than do their male counterparts.
