The study aimed to investigate the effect of learning organization on the organization performance for the manufacturing organizations In order to achieve the study objectives; a self administrated questionnaire was designed and developed in accordance to study goals and hypotheses. 140 questionnaires were distributed through e- mail and in person. 120 questionnaires were collected. SPSS was used to analyze the collected data and various statistical tests were used. The analyses results indicated the following: There is a positive relationship between the learning organization and the organization performance in the Jordanian manufacturer companies • There is a positive relationship of the system thinking and the organization performance in the Jordanian manufacturer companies. • There is a positive relationship of the shared vision and the organization performance in the Jordanian manufacturer companies. • There is a positive relationship of the teamwork's and collaboration and the organization performance in the Jordanian manufacturer companies. • There is a positive relationship between the leadership and the empowerments in the organization performance in the Jordanian manufacturer companies. • There is a positive relationship between the organization cultures in the organization performance in the Jordanian manufacturer companies. • There is a positive relationship between the learning environments and the organization performance in the Jordanian manufacturer companies. • There is no relationship between the LO and the organization performance due to the demographic variable (gender). • There is no relationship between the LO and the organization performance due to the demographic variable (age). • There is a relationship between the LO and the organization performance due to the demographic variable (experience). The study suggested manufacturer companies in Jordan have to search for factors present in the Company which could hinder the organization performance. |
