|f This study dealt with a rhetorical art, which is Istiqsa (investigation). (The speaker deals with a meaning, investigates it, brings all its symptoms and requisites after investigating all its self-descriptions so that he does not leave anything to say later for those who will address it). The importance of the topic lies in outlining the role of the investigation in the long seven chapters (of the Holy Qur'an). This art includes diverse and important topics, which are closely linked to the life of Muslims. It separates the matters of religion and worldly life for them because the art of investigation is based on detail and clarification in the perfect way. It mentions the particulars of the subjects being investigated and their necessities. The subject of the investigation has not been studied previously, either in terms of theory or in practice. I tried to understand its role in the seven long chapters (of the Holy Qur'an). These chapters were chosen because they included important provisions in which the investigation was prominent. All the topics and provisions covered by the seven long chapters were thoroughly investigated by Allah. We explained the investigation and the various rhetorical purposes contained in their context, which influenced it both verbally or in terms of meaning.\nThis abstract translated by Dar AlMandumah Inc. 2021

|a تناولت هذه الدراسة فنا بلاغيا وهو الاستقصاء، (إذ يتناول المتكلم فيه معنى فيستقصيه فيأتي بجميع عوارضه ولوازمه بعد أن يستقصي جميع أوصافه الذاتية بحيث لا يترك لمن يتناوله بعد فيه مقالا يقوله)، وتكمن أهمية الموضوع في بيان دور الاستقصاء في السور السبع الطوال، وتضمن هذا الفن موضوعات متنوعة ومهمة؛ والتي لها ارتباط وثيق بحياة المسلمين؛ فهي تفصل لهم أمور دينهم ودنياهم؛ لأن فن الاستقصاء قائم على التفصيل والإيضاح بأتم وجه، فهو يذكر جزئيات الموضوعات المستقصية ولوازمها، وإن موضوع الاستقصاء لم يسبق إليه سابق بالدراسة؛ لا من الناحية التنظيرية، ولا من الناحية التطبيقية، فحاولت أن أقف على دوره في السور السبع الطوال، ووقع الاختيار على هذه السور؛ لاشتمالها على أحكام مهمة كان الاستقصاء بارزا فيها، فمجمل الموضوعات والأحكام التي تناولتها السور السبع الطوال كانت مستقصية بدقة من الله (جل وعلا) فبينا الاستقصاء فيها وما ورد في سياقها من أغراض بلاغية مختلفة، أثرت فيه من جانب لفظي أو معنوي.
