تعد المتغيرات الثقافية المؤثرة في أدوار المجتمع العشائري في مركز قضاء الخالدية، والأدوار المتغيرة في المجتمع الريفي العشائري في العراق، والأدوار المتغيرة للمرأة العراقية الريفية، والأدوار المتغيرة للمرأة في المجتمع العشائري الريفي في محافظة الأنبار. وقد اعتمد البحث علي البيانات الأولية، إذ قام الباحث بإعداد استبانة لعينة عشوائية طبقية من 24 فقرة تم توزيعها علي 300 شخص في منطقة الخالدية، إذ استعمل المنهج الوصفي لتحقيق أهداف التعرف علي أبعاد ظاهرة التعصب العشائري في مجتمع الخالدية وأثره في اتجاهاتهم نحو المشاركة في تنمية المجتمع، والكشف عن تأثير المتغيرات الثقافية في المجتمع العشائري وهي (الجنس-السن-التعليم) علي التعصب، وكذلك الكشف عن ظاهرة مكانة المرأة في الأسرة لما تكتسب من أبعاد ثقافية وتأثيرات على الحياة الاجتماعية بصفة عامة، والكشف عن الوضعية الحالية للمرأة في الأسرة وأهم العوامل التي تعيقها عن القيام بأدوارها داخل الأسرة والمجتمع والوقوف على مدي التزام الأجيال بالتمسك بمختلف عادات وتقاليد النظام الأبوي المعادية للمرأة. أظهرت نتائج البحث أثر التغير الثقافي على بناء ووظائف الأسرة في الآتي: - ما تزال الأسرة الممتدة مستمرة مع تنامي ظهور الأسرة النووية. - استقلالية الأسرة النووية إلا أنها لم تلغ دور الكبار في العائلة، إذ يتم الرجوع إليهم في الأمور الجوهرية. - مشاركة الزوجة في عملية اتخاذ القرار مع وجود تغير في أدوارها داخل المنزل. - ارتفاع نسبة التعليم ولا سيما بين الإناث مع تغير النظرة التقليدية لها. وتوصلت الدراسة إلى بعض التوصيات، ومنها: - القيام بمزيد من الدراسات في المجتمعات الريفية حول القيم والعادات الاجتماعية الخاطئة الموجودة في الريف. - إجراء دراسات عن الأسرة وعلاقات القرابة في المجتمعات الريفية والحضرية وما طرأ عليها من تغيرات.

Research results showed the impact of cultural change on the construction and functions of the family in the following: - The extended family is still continuing with the growing emergence of the nuclear family . - The independence of the nuclear family , but they have not abolished the adult role in the family , as you return to them in the fundamental matters . - The participation of the wife in the decision-making process with a change in their roles within the home - The high literacy rate , especially among females with the traditional view has changed. The study found some of the recommendations , including: - Further studies in rural communities about social and traditional values and the wrong habits in the countryside . - Made studies on family and kinship ties in rural and urban communities and their changes.
