The study aimed to detect syntax and eloquence through the function and relationship between them. It discussed details of linguistic issues and terminology and the use of grammatical rules in constructing rhetorical rules and analyzing rhetorical issues. The study also discussed the extensive reliance on grammatical ideas, expressly and reference, and the role of rhetoricians in controlling and correcting grammatical rules. The study also referred to the rhetorical analysis according to the grammatical reality, not the logical and fundamental concept. The results of the study indicated that grammatical concepts are the basis of the rhetorical functions since they perform the function of avoiding error in the completion of speech and increase the rhetorical function as it distinguishes eloquent speech from other, known as speech convenience, and show the best ways of verbal expression. However, the expansion of rhetoricians in the grammatical explanation of some grammatical issues. They gave details and divisions that indicate the depth of the relationship between grammar and rhetoric, and they corrected and revised some grammatical issues, such as in the nomination of the debutante and the statement, when they are both definite nouns and as declension of the next to "Ella" in hollow exception. As well as correcting some grammatical guidelines because rhetoricians depended on using the intention of the speaker in directing the text and knowing its significance and its usefulness. استهدفت الدراسة الكشف عن النحو والبلاغة من خلال الوظيفة والعلاقة بينهما. ناقشت التفصيل في المسائل والمصطلحات اللغوية وتوظيف القواعد النحوية في بناء القواعد البلاغية وتحليل القضايا البلاغية. كما ناقشت كثرة الاعتماد على الآراء النحوية ذكرا وتنويها ودور البلاغيين في ضبط وتصحيح القواعد النحوية. كما تطرق إلى التحليل البلاغي على وفق الواقع النحوي لا على المفهوم المنطقي والأصولي. وأشارت نتائج الدراسة إلى أن المفاهيم النحوية تعد أساسا للوظائف البلاغية في أنهما يؤديان وظيفة الاحتراز عن الخطأ في إنجاز الكلام وتزيد الوظيفة البلاغية في كونها تميز فصيح الكلام من غير وتعرف بمواقع مناسبات الكلام وبيان أفضل طرق الإنجاز الكلامي. وان توسع البلاغيون في التوصيف النحوي لبعض المسائل النحوية فذكروا تفصيلات وتقسيمات تدل عمق العلاقة بين النحو والبلاغة فضبطوا وصححوا بعض المسائل النحوية كما في تعيين المبتدأ والخبر فيما إذا كانا معرفتين وكما في أعراب ما بعد إلا في الاستثناء المفرغ وكما صححوا بعض التوجيهات النحوية لان علماء البلاغة اعتمدوا توظيف قصد المتكلم في توجيه النص ومعرفة دلالاته وبلاعته. كُتب هذا المستخلص من قِبل دار المنظومة 2018
